Minha segunda vez no hotel e a experiência é sempre maravilhosa. Funcionários atenciosos e agradáveis. A comida sempre maravilhosa e com muita fartura. O bar também conta com ótimos drinks e porções. O piscineiro sempre muito atencioso e cuidadoso. Um agradecimento a Glayce que animou nossas manhãs e o carinho com as crianças. Espero voltar mais vezes. Sucesso a vocês !

The hotel is small but shares the pool and restaurant with another larger hotel with many guests. Rooms in the vc terrace listen to a lot of noise from guests coming in and out. Old and noisy air conditioning. Medium shower. The swimming pools are pleasant and with good maintenance. Unfortunately, the superlotation of the restaurant is the worst point, for breakfast, after disputeing your vc table still have to get to serve, it is hard to get to pass through the salon. Reasonable variety of items.

I've been in several hotels in Caldas Novas and that's the best! He gives right to four aquatic parks. People go out to the parks and the hotel pools are super empty and super clean! He's very well located! I suggest buying full pension, the food is good! He is half pension! But if you want to add a meal, it's 58 reals per adult and 41 reals per child 6 to 11 years.

Hotel com péssimo atendimento.chegando na recepção atendimento ruim muita demora e a recepcionista ainda calculou o pagamento errado.teve que passar o cartão duas vezes.Me colocaram num apartamento no local que eu não tinha reservado.Pedi para trocar eles trocaram.O restaurante só o primeiro dia que a comida estava boa.Depois estava péssima.o café da manhã bom mas muito repetitivo.Todo dia as mesmas coisas.O bar atendimento péssimo muito demorado e caro.As piscinas eram boas.limpeza boa.Atendimento no geral péssimo.Não gostei e não volto a hospedar mais nesse hotel.ja tinha hospedado nele a muitos anos atrás nessa época o hotel era bom.Agora piorou.
