This had to be the most disappointing stay I have ever had the bad luck to encounter. I travel a lot spent 8 days there.
Room/bathroom dirty.
See through blinds on windows.
Sheets towels stained old. The cleaning got better not acceptable but better. The chap did best he could with what he was working with.
Room supposedly had a safe to store my belongings. I had three different ones as they did not lock 3rd one did.
Air con broke down.
My main criticism is there was no internet connection in my room. Had to sit in balcony and get eaten alive with mosquito's or go downstairs to reception. I complained every day
NOTHING DONE. No managers available I did not even get an apology.
If you are considering staying there my advice is DONT.
This place has a 4+☆ rating I have no idea how.

Worst experience after staying 10 days in another hotel came to this resort with family for a better experience. V rude staff and charged extra for a kid and not ready to listen about other hotel feedback or suggestions. Will never recommend anyone if get a free stay

One of the best resort in goa without cheating and looting money of tourists, the welcoming of the resort really appreciates. This property is nearby beach. We are really happy for the complimentary breakfast given by the resort, it’s one of best breakfast. The pool is maintained well cleaned

Room where too small, with extra bed we did not hv place to walk inside. With kids around we needed more space to move around. Whole time they had to sit on the bed

Hotel is old, floors need to be scrubbed more. Room has old finish and charm. Location is good. Breakfast is average.

Once a great destination, now it sucks completely. Even a year back, I found it a property worth staying long in Goa, a year later I found it in a pretty bad shape. The housekeeping is now the worst, the in-room facilities (the television has major audio issues, 5 reninders and it never got rectified, even after paying extra for staying 2 additional hours the housekeeping guy denied to provide a half-litre bottle of packaged water, the front office staff members except Manjula and Santosh are slower than govt employees, the pool floor ia damaged and may cause serious injuries, its in shambles. Avoid if you can.

We were two families with 8 adults sharing 3 rooms. I must say it was absolutely worth the prices. The staff are very friends and they helped us get the taxi even on their busy scheduled and off duty hours. Really appreciate the gesture. For those of you who plant o visit, do ask the staff for easier access to beach route. It's pretty good for families and friends to spend sometime at beach with no typical beach hungama. Food is good too.
