Unfortunately disappointing experience. The hotel is quite expensive, but imho it shouldn’t be such expensive. On the territory of the hotel is the renovation of some houses. The cottage house looks tired, the water was licking from the bathroom to the bed, the furniture is old. The swimming pool is ok. The breakfast is good, unfortunately they don’t have coffee machine. The service is good. The wifi is not working in the room.

I was sitting on the balcony at 3 o'clock in the night and was feeling really nice... Superb location of resort between calangaut & baga beach..

The room was not upto expectations compared to prices ….it was not clean n the floor was becoming wet by itself as if it was perspiration….mousture all over d floors …. Bed average quality

I booked this hotel based on its high ratings and the beautiful pictures on their website, but unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected. The property looked very different from the photos I saw online. Upon arrival, I was immediately struck by how shabby and worn down the entire place appeared. The room, while functional, felt outdated and not well-maintained. The furniture was old, the walls had visible wear and tear, and the overall cleanliness left much to be desired. I was expecting a much more comfortable and inviting space based on the online images, but it didn’t live up to that standard. Another major concern was the lack of privacy in the rooms. I had booked a suite on the ground floor, but the lack of privacy was a real issue. There were clothes drying outside the rooms that were highly visible while walking around the property, which added to the feeling of being in a very public space. The "pool view" rooms were also not as advertised — they were directly on the pool side with zero privacy. If you opened the door, water splashed right into the room, which made it impossible to enjoy the view without compromising your comfort. I initially booked a ground-floor suite but, due to the privacy concerns, I requested a room on the first floor. I agreed to downgrade my room to resolve the privacy issue, but it was frustrating that such a major detail wasn’t made clear when I made the reservation. The restaurant was another huge letdown. The chairs were broken, the tables were dirty, and the overall atmosphere was far from what I had expected based on the photos. Breakfast was poorly managed, and given the number of guests, it was chaotic. There was even a fight between guests over food, which really reflected the lack of organization in handling the crowd. To make matters worse, the pool area, which I had been looking forward to, was also in poor condition. The pool was unkempt, and the surrounding area was neglected. I couldn't help but feel misled by the photos that showed a pristine, relaxing space. Another big issue was the lack of service and security. When I returned to the hotel around 2 AM, there was no one at the reception, and the hotel was completely dark. As a guest, I was expecting the property to be well-lit and have someone available at all times, especially at night. It felt very unsafe and unprofessional. I also made multiple requests to meet with the manager, but every time I was given an excuse — "the manager is on the road," "he's in the washroom," etc. No one even bothered to ask why I was checking out early, other than one very kind housekeeping staff member who was genuinely concerned about my experience. Additionally, the kids’ area was poorly maintained. The slides and swings were broken, which is a serious safety concern. This lack of attention to maintenance could easily lead to accidents, and it was very disappointing to see that such an important area for families was so neglected. Given all these

The property is located in a nice area, but the rooms are quite compact. Staying in the cottages isn’t peaceful at all, as all of them are duplex-style, and you’re constantly disturbed by the sound of footsteps and noise from other guests.
