Worst Hotel Experience Ever – Extremely Disrespectful Staff and Owner I have never had such a terrible experience at any hotel in my life. Despite confirming our arrival with the owner for 9 AM, we were met with shocking hostility. Upon reaching, the owner started shouting at us and rudely stated that check-in is only at 2 PM. If that was the case, why was our early arrival confirmed in the first place? The behavior of the owner was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. His attitude and lack of courtesy set the tone for the rest of our experience. The staff was equally rude and unhelpful, especially at the tiny and unwelcoming reception area. As for the services — they were equally disappointing. The so-called breakfast was a joke: just plain bread and jam, nothing more. For a hotel in Goa, where hospitality is expected to be warm and welcoming, this place completely failed on every front. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this hotel. There are far better and more professional options available in Goa. Don’t waste your time, energy, or money here.

Property location was good. It is in close proximity to beach, supermarket, restaurant etc. Food was good, though choice was limited. Friendly staff. Nice n cozy room. Overall a good stay.

Booked for my parents and other family, they had great experience.
Rooms were clean, Balcony was good.
Main thing was breakfast, it was extraordinary, specially at this price.
Location is perfect, near to Calangute beach, you will find all kind of restaurants at walking distance.

I recently stayed had a truly pleasant experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help. The check-in process was smooth and quick.
The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was cozy, and everything was well-maintained. I especially appreciated the complimentary amenities like free Wi-Fi, daily housekeeping, and the delicious breakfast buffet every morning.

hotel is in vicinity with baga and calangute , rooms are very spaces and hotel's location is very amazing, provide full view of the main road of Goa , food also good overall
