There’s no need to book here. When we pointed out that the online rates were lower, the staff responded with abuse, saying, “Then go ahead and book from there, b***dk.” If the property owner is reading this review, I kindly request that you train your staff to behave professionally.

Overall It was very bad.. experience... first day we saw 4 died Cockroch.. when we entered in Room... it's to small and.. not like we sawn in images... and all 4 day same b/f and dinner Manu... and We don't like it .. and receptionist behaviour is very bad... when we check out..he..saw me a black spot on badsheet and said me... Paid panelty Rs..1000 for dirty and old badsheet...and I says every one never ever go... this hotel..

Reviews Excellent property and very close to the beach!!Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and has a fantastic food in their restaurant!!The rooms were comfortable and clean.. Everything was great at this hotel.. amazing staff that is friendly and makes customers feel welcome!!

clean rooms, good bathroom, good location close to beach, must try Trip Restobar thin crust pizza and sea food. Located centrally in calangute, nearby to all attractions. co-operative staff with smiling faces.

Very good hospitality with smiling faces of staff. My kids enjoy a lot in kids pool section. Good food, ultimate Chinise in Trip RestoBar. Walking distance to beach, shopping center. Hotel is located in Central Calangute, close to all attractions.

Excellent location! The restaurant serves outstanding food, making it ideal for group stays. The owner is exceptionally helpful, going the extra mile to ensure your stay is enjoyable. The rooms were spotless, and the overall atmosphere, as well as the staff, exuded friendliness. I'll certainly return in the future.

Excellent and spacious rooms with clean washrooms. Situated in lush surroundings. The big verandah is just the space to chill out. Prompt service and delicious food accompanied with a smile at all times by the staff. An elevator would be a welcome addition to the amenities.

First of things this is not proper boutique hotel After change owner worst thing I can see No Maintenance at property No swimming pool clean. Even there is no light and gaurd for safety. Other things breakfast was like dhaba quality 1* Dinner alwys serving cold every day. After complain lots argument by owner and staff. No hit water also there. Horrible things at reception area they mention give 5/5 star on during stay u get one free drink... Socho khud ko acha dikhane log kya kya karte hai service dena nai hai argument karni hai inko. Don't go this place ow your money..... Good 🤞luck. Other reviews on the way fir your 1* service. Isse acha to goa k 1* ache the last visit me
