Worst experience ever, hotel not maintained well no proper house keeping linens stained first before checkin we had a bad experience rude staff except Neha Natalia a and nayan and Shayam were really good…over crowded … horrible breakfast… no Goan standard not worth spending that money in such property … swimming pool was always full of men changing clothes in the open spitting neat the pool… over all I would not rate them even one star hotel… also they take pic of you adhar card and the barcode also which is not safe pls be careful no

DO NOT GO HERE IF ENGLISH. IT IS NOT FOR YOU. TUI REP SAID THIS IS THE WORST HOTEL AND LAST YEAR THEY WERE NOT GOING TO RUN IT AGAIN THIS YEAR. BUT THEY ARE. This place is the most unfriendly and rudest hotel ever in Goa and we have been going to Goa for years and years. If you want a quiet place to go to AVOID! Row every night from 7 to 10 or 11pm, bad ambience, everyone has to stay out of hotel until late to avoid it.. The rooms rock every night because the indian music is so loud and awful. In three weeks stay we only had one hot shower, two days no shower at all because it was not working. No english tv at all, no BBC, asked management and they just said no english tv. The breakfast was not 4 star food all we could eat was cornflakes, and most days walked up to St Anthony's restaurant to get a decent english breakfast and for friendly polite service. YOU CANT SUN BATHE HERE!

It was not clean as expected. Every day they served the same menu for breakfast. So i recommend just one day stay at the hotel.

For a 4 star hotel there was much left to be desired. The hotel had a rundown feel to it. The room was big but soooo dirty. There was visible dirty visible. Horrible.

The property is nice for stay not recommend for family with kids, food and restaurant staff were amazing, also thier price for massage parlor were reasonable.

The overall experience at neelam's the grand was positive, though a few areas could use improvement. Pros: the hotel lobby and exterior are impressive, giving off a grand feel as soon as you enter. The swimming pool was clean and well-maintained. The booking process through makemytrip was smooth, with a hassle-free check-in. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. The service was excellent. The buffet breakfast options were satisfactory. Cons: despite the grandeur of the hotel's exterior, the rooms were disappointing, with outdated furniture. A cobweb was noticed hanging from a light in the room. The bathroom was quite small. The air conditioning wasn't cooling effectively. In conclusion, it was a pleasant stay, but updating the room interiors would greatly enhance the guest experience.
