* this is not a 3 star hotel- 2 star at best
NO WIFI for entirety of 3 night stay - this is unacceptable in this day and age- wifi is key for tourists and guests alike
- check out the reception had no change so had to pay credit card
bed linen was filthy- pillows stained

Excellent stay and services were good. Front off staff very polite and helpful. Fnb staff very nice. All staff are good food very tasty. We were in group of 28 we all enjoyed and definitely recommend to other also we will definitely come back again. Room are neat and clean. .................thanks to calux Grand inn team.

The service of restaurant is good. It provides the all services like food cleaning and all daily needs things at the proper time. The behaviour of staff is very softly. I like all the services nd the taste of food is also good. Thanq for this.

All services were good specially all staff very helpful food very tasty rooms are neat and clean and all housekeeping staff are good, restaurants Akash and his team managing with few staff very well. Food very tasty. Front office staff pratamesh,Jeevan John, was him and Supriya , maintaince staff attend all job Odets on time. very helpful thanks to all for making our stay very good and we will definitely come back again with family.

I had a disappointing stay at this hotel. The welcome drink was never offered, and the front desk was rude when asked. The elevator failed during my visit, and staff acted like it was normal.
The room was in terrible shape — damaged furniture, cracked walls, rusted and chipped amenities, visible pests, and poor hygiene. Many facilities didn’t work: AC remote was broken, fridge was dirty and empty, safe didn’t function, and electrical fittings were exposed.
Housekeeping was careless, toiletries had to be requested, and appliances stayed on even when the room was vacant due to no keycard system.
Breakfast was basic and underwhelming, though dinner and restaurant staff were good. Even checkout was a hassle, with staff knocking before the agreed late checkout time despite extra payment.
Overall, poor maintenance, unsafe conditions, and unprofessional service made the experience unpleasant. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
