After a while, Ctrip told me that the hotel front desk did not answer their call, so I ran to the front desk to contact them. I told the front desk: 1. The air conditioner could not be started 2. There were bugs in the room 3. I booked a twin bed room but was given a double bed room The front desk told me: 1. Because it was not very hot, the air conditioner could not cool, and the whole building was like this. I said it was impossible to be 20+ degrees at that time. The front desk had a tough attitude and kept repeating that the air conditioner could not be used. 2. This ant is very common, they can arrange someone to kill insects 3. They did not receive the order for a double bed, but if we need it, they can ask the cleaning staff to separate the beds I said there is something wrong with your room, can you help me change the room, the front desk said that this room type is full, we have to pay for the upgrade. I asked why I need to pay for it myself, it is your room that has a problem, the front desk asked me to wait and discuss it with the boss. After a while, he came out of the office and told me: 1. The air conditioner can be turned on, but it is broken in my room. They can send a maintenance technician to check it out 2. Ask someone to kill insects in the room 3. Can't change the room, can only upgrade at your own expense. Finally, Ctrip paid for the upgrade room type for me to change the room. In addition: 1. Parking is difficult and you have to park far away 2. The buffet is terrible 3. Even if you change the room, the hygiene of the room is still very bad, and the bedding has some problems. I don’t know if it’s bed bugs. Anyway, I am shocked by the service attitude and service awareness of the Spanish.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour , petit bémol, le manque d'ascenseur, l'attente est longue et souvent en panne, pour le reste rien a dire tout est parfait

La ubicación es excepcional, con salida directa a una preciosa cala. Hotel ideal para familias con niños.
