Rooms were good, Rain came through shutters then through gaps in windows. Room was on 5th floor , bedroom windows blew in during a storm, living room flooded came through wooden windows, I reported it at 4am and got given 3 towels, water coming through ceiling entrance flowing on to settee while he was sat there watching the computer. and had to clear it up our selves . not even up to the time we returned home did any one come up to our room to take the wet towels away or inspect the damage. No linen were changed all the holiday, had to keep asking for clean towels, no toilet paper, one bed cover between four of us then gave us three itchy blankets, asked for more pillows but never got them .Most restaurants close up or closing up in resort although it was our children's half term. I no they cant help the weather but helping your paying guest should be more useful.

Our stay at Solymar Apartments was unfortunately a huge disappointment. The kitchen was poorly equipped—there were no utensils, and it only had a 2-ring stove, which made cooking difficult. On top of that, there was only one bowl, not enough for everyone in our group. The bathroom was a nightmare, with the shower leaking so much that it flooded the entire apartment. Housekeeping was practically nonexistent—our sheets were never changed during our stay, and we were never provided with fresh towels or toilet paper. The apartment was advertised with a restaurant on-site, but it looked like it had been closed for years. There was also supposed to be a games room, but that was nowhere to be found. To make matters worse, the air conditioner didn’t work, which made the heat unbearable. We left feeling incredibly disappointed and won’t be returning to Solymar Apartments again. I’d recommend looking elsewhere if you want a comfortable and stress-free stay. This review captures the issues you experienced and provides clear feedback.

Stayed at the solymar a decent place to stay, right by the beach so ideal and right in the centre of cala bona. Budget price establishment so budget price service. Friendly and helpful staff. Would use again and recommend to friends on a budget.

Hôtel pourri, C une arnaque, un peigne à fuir absolument !! ça sent les égouts sous l'évier de la cuisine, C sale, la piscine c'est une grosse arnaque (pataugeoire ridicule et à l'ombre en + !!) personne ne l'utilise !!! Pas de pression d'eau donc difficile de se doucher car "le truc" à tirer pour mettre en douche (cassé!) ne peut pas se mettre en position de douche Je trouvais au moins le personnel sympa jusqu'à ce que je m'aperçois qu'il n'y a plus d'eau chaude et que l'un d'entre eux, préfère boire un coup avec ses amis au lieu de régler un problème pour ses clients .. et il a le culot de trouver ça rigolo .. comme je ne maîtrise pas l'espagnol et que mes efforts pour l'utiliser, malgré tout, le + possible.. le laisse complètement indifférent et quand je lui dis que je ne comprends pas vraiment ses explications.. il hausse les épaules en me faisant comprendre qu'il ne parle pas français .. Et bien j'espère que mon commentaire lui sera bien traduit en espagnol et qu'il lira min mécontentement... S'ils cherchent à fermer cet hôtel ils s'y prennent parfaitement bien !!!!

Nous avons réservé un séjour pour 3 personnes, la chambre comportait seulement 2 lits simples. Sol de l’appartement très gras et glissant (dégueulasse) ; aucun produit d’hygiène à disposition pour se doucher... Le réceptionniste pas du tout aimable et très méprisent quand on lui pose des questions. Rien n’allait décidément !

De pura vergüenza no se como les dejan tenerlo abierto ,sucio,viejo,da asco el baño bufff mi peor estancia en apartamentos No vallais no hay ni una cafetera ni jabón para la ducha . Nada más entrar recepción huele a viejo ,humedad no se da asco nos han dado dos toallas grandes y una pequeña faltaba de todo menos mal que han sido 2 días yo.los dientes me los he lavado en el baño fonde iba a desayunar una porquería En recepción pone 24 horas pues llegamos y hay no había nadie le despertamos y no veáis le tuve q parar los pies No se como se lo da de paso sanidad Mal muy mal no volvere

Da la impresión de haber estado cerrado y que poco a poco lo van reacondicionado, porque tiene spa, acceso directo a la calle, parque infantil y garaje cerrados. La piscina tenía algas y el agua oscura cuando llegamos pero al día siguiente medio la limpiaron. El apartamento era grande pero antiguo y le faltaban cosas de cocina, lavadora, cafetera, tendedero y secador. Y la terraza está rodeada de caca de palomas. Lo bueno es.la ubicación al lado del puerto deportivo y que limpian el apartamento cada tres días, pero las limpiadoras se llevaron mi pijama y no lo recibí de vuelta ni una disculpa ni compensación.
