A local 4-star hotel with just a so so location and service. Location was said quiet close by many food options but there is better location than this hotel. As for Service, I asked for the price for whole day rental for a car and front desk said someone will call me to my room but it turn out no one really call me. Amenities just below par, towel are old. No hand or face towel, or maybe this is just the hotel standard. The floor where I stayed, is dark and did not give good impression.

The most complete hotel, breakfast is available, there is a pool, clean rooms, it's really great if you want a family holiday at a cheap price 🥳🥳

The hotel is relatively old, the bed is small, the air conditioner is too old and the cooling is not good.

Strategic location. Just 100m away from Cakranegara market. Extra service given by the reception staff by suggesting te places to buy some Lombok souvenir. Thanks
