Perfect hotel if you want to stay in Mataram for cheap. But to be honest the hotel does not offer many facilities. And although everything looks clean, itโs still feels a bit dirty. There were some weird spots on our bedding for example. As goes for many Indonesian hotels, the staff were very welcoming and friendly.

Great breakfast, very nice garden by the swimming pool. Really great place for the price. It is located in the city center of Mataram, not far from the Epicentrum mall.

It was our 6th stay at this hotel. However we noticed a decline in the service level of the hotel compared to our previous stay. The restaurant food was nearly empty an hour before the breakfast closing time and this happened each morning during our stay. We never had the soap refilled so we used our own. Most of the staff no longer greet you unlike in the past most of them will greet and smile at you.
I hope these issues will be addressed properly by the management, otherwise they will lose customers as there are better competitors with similar price range in the city.

But the conditions for office are very poor, the height of the table and chairs is basically the same, and the surface is dirty; the meal is a very simple local meal, there is no swimming pool, the above conditions are far from the three-star hotel.

MMichael AnsgarOverall I had a pleasant stay there after they changed my room to one on the 1st floor. My room on the ground floor was extremely humid and smelled kinda moldy. I heard from other guests this is also the case in other rooms on the ground floor.
In my new room the bed was comfy, the bathroom was okay and the ac was working properly.
I wouldn't book the breakfast since it's not really a fulfilling meal.
The staff is friendly even though they don't speak english, but with the help of a translator you'll be able to get the information you want to them.
