This is my second time staying at this hotel. The location, environment, facilities and services are excellent. The scenery in the panoramic room with river view is great.

Surprised 🤨 When I arrived at the hotel I didn't find my booking! Trip.com assistance helped me out in a few seconds. Front desk 🥹 Wasn't helpful at first but then all was good. The reception manager was of great help. Underrated 👌 The hotel, the rooms, and the staff are underrated. I only payed $10 per night, and I think it deserves more. Recommended ✌️ If you're planning to stay in Center Cairo, this hotel is in the center of Ramsis Square, with all transportation options around. It's even a good cheap option for near-airport stay. Advice 👋 After booking, reach out to the hotel via their attached mobile number over phone, or better over WhatsApp to confirm the booking and avoid overbooking room issues.

The location of the hotel is very good , the entrance of the hotel is very nice .i choose it because its new opining in 2025 but unfortunately i  shocked when I saw the rooms and the toilets . The room full of dust , no proper cleaning even when i asked the cleaning person to do it. They just fixed the bed . The bathroom not clean and looks in very bad condition. If the management will not take action and put proper plan to check after there workers. Then they will lose there customers. Room service also not responding directly if I requested anything and took 2 days to do it . I think i paid too much for bad service.

The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious, offering a wide range of local and international dishes to suit all tastes. I particularly enjoyed the freshly baked pastries and the made-to-order omelets. The on-site restaurants also did not disappoint, serving exquisite meals in an elegant setting. The amenities at Hilton Zamalek are top-notch. The fitness center is well-equipped with modern machines, and the outdoor pool area is a peaceful oasis where I could unwind after a day of exploring Cairo. The hotel's location is perfect for sightseeing, with many of the city's attractions just a short drive away. Overall, my stay at the Hilton in Zamalek exceeded all expectations. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and prime location makes this hotel a standout choice in Cairo. I look forward to returning on my next visit to the city and would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious and memorable stay. ---

Picture perfect hotel, it was my first night in Cairo, and I didn't even realize at the time how good I had it. Compared to other properties, even other Marriott group properties this one is above and beyond on food and service. Location is beautiful, they awarded me early check in and late check out. As a Titanium Elite they upgraded me to a beautiful room, though I did use a suite night award for it, but it was epic. Room service was very nice, indoor pool and outdoor pool very nice. Indoor pool is amazing just beautiful, feels like your swimming somewhere very unique. The spa facilities can use also the sauna, jacuzzi (many options) overall a great hotel, and would definitely stay again in Cairo. Wish I stayed longer. I will share to all my families and friends

The hotel is located in the old city of Cairo. The hotel service is very warm and the bath water and bed are acceptable. The environment outside the hotel is particularly poor. It is about 2 kilometers to the Egyptian Museum and costs 10 yuan by taxi. I was a little uncomfortable on the first day here. The urban environment was so bad and it felt dirty. Chinese people can bring their own toiletries, slippers, and disposable bedding when traveling.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were fine. The breakfast was okay, enough to set you up for the day and the gym was particularly good. The staff were friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the about the air conditioning. My room was always very hot and when I asked why the AC couldn’t cool the room down, they told me that for winter there are no cold options on the ACs. My room was about 28 degrees and the staff suggested using the fan function but that only put more hot air in the room. It was cooler in the corridor than my room. I hope that they can reconsider this policy as I wasn’t able to get much sleep on my final night as the room was far too hot (even with the window open)

The advantage is that the room is large, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the staff are very friendly and courteous. The disadvantage is that the sound insulation is not good. The sound of cars on the road and the music downstairs can be heard clearly at night.

It feels very exotic, and you can experience the different customs and practices of the old town. The area nearby is also very lively, and the architecture is very distinctive. It was a very special stay, niceeeee!

Hotel near the airport, standard in everything. Convenient only for taking the plane, otherwise far from everything
