Not bad, the location is very convenient. I didn't expect such a good location at this price. It's in the city center and very convenient. I went to the Egyptian Museum the next day. I will consider staying here next time. It's also very convenient to eat downstairs.

It was a very pleasant stay. It's very small place on forth floor for 200 years old building. Arhitecture is astonishing for those ones who appreciates old, high ceiling buildings. Breakfast was very tasty and stuff is highly pleasant, friendly and helpful. Place is very clean and tidy. However room was very small and bathroom was so tiny, plus weight person won't be able to use it. Overall great stay, great location and experience.

Acceptable as the price, the geographical location is excellent and central, but the service needs a lot of improvement. The level of cleanliness inside the rooms is low, the building is old, and the hotel is on the fifth and top floor, and there is no elevator.

This hostel was quaint and interesting. The people working here were incredibly helpful and they went out of their way to make my stay excellent.
The building is very close to major squares, shopping, restaurants, and its easy to get around the city from this location.
My only complaint about the facilities is that the rooms window did not close, which meant I was exposed to mosquitoes while I was sleeping. I arrived with no bites, and left with several.

I booked a dormitory, but each person was given their own room during my stay.
There were no bath towels in the room, but I asked the front desk and they provided some right away.
The elevator won't move unless you close the door tightly, so it may be difficult to get in at first.
The cats were cute.

1118382****The hotel is on the 10th floor in the downtown area. It's a little hard to find, but it's convenient to go everywhere. The service is beyond expectations. The breakfast is great. There is a large terrace with a view of the old city of Cairo. The room is ok and the staff is very considerate.

HHO YINGI don't know how this hotel has a high score of 4.6? I won't choose again anyway. The facilities are too simple, the room doesn't even have a stool, what you want is nothing, the pillow is hard like sleeping on wood, the bed is hard, and the sleep is completely sore.

GGuest UserGreat place to base out of when visiting Cairo. The rooms are clean and the staff (especially Anas) are super friendly while doing whatever they can to make your staff in Egypt the best. They've got connections and can even help with making tour recommendations and reservations. Best of all, there is no pressure to take additional services if the price isn't what you had in mind. They're very accommodating . In fact they are more of a family run business while focusing more on you as a person and less as a customer. You'll come as strangers but leave as friends.

GGuest UserThe cleanliness is good, but there is no room service. We stayed for four nights and no one cleaned the house. We renewed the room on the last day and wanted to have the house cleaned. They said the housekeeping staff left in the morning. But the boss is very enthusiastic! The lack of room service makes me feel that the price is quite high and not worth it! It is similar to a homestay. It is recommended to stay in a hotel.

What I'm not satisfied with is the local agency that Ctrip found. I checked in the hotel in the middle of the night and couldn't find a room. I asked where I booked it with.
