Friendly staff, trying to help. Breakfast is cooked to order right there, you can't choose the ingredients, but the portion is hearty and the food is good. Bathrooms are a common problem for all similar hotels, but everything is bearable. The location is amazing. I recommend taking a room with windows to the courtyard. Those that overlook the square are terribly noisy

A lovey boutique hotel tucked in a 200-year old building along the busy Talaat Harb Square. We had a satisfying stay here with a clean and cozy room amidst the chaos of Cairo. The staff were friendly and cheerful (props to Fatma) and the wifi was reliable. They also serve plated breakfast which you can have in your room or at a nook area near the reception. The location is unbeatable!

The original reservation was for a small room with a balcony. I guess it was because we only booked it for one day. When we checked in, we were asked to change it to another guest who had booked it for a longer time due to air conditioning failure. It was a very pleasant stay. It's very small place on forth floor for 200 years old building. Arhitecture is astonishing for those ones who appreciates old, high ceiling buildings. Breakfast was very tasty and stuff is highly pleasant, friendly and helpful. Place is very clean and tidy. However room was very small and bathroom was so tiny, plus weight person won't be able to use it. Overall great stay, great location and experience.
