This hotel is horrendous. The service is terrible, and the staff are utterly incompetent and unhelpful. Many employees openly show animosity towards Saudis, making you feel unsafe and unwelcome. Specifically, a receptionist named Ahmed was nasty and spiteful without cause. They all constantly pester guests for tips. To my fellow Saudis, I strongly advise you to stay far away from this place. The hotel is filthy, and the staff are disgusting. It's a total rip-off – not worth a single penny. To top it off, there are shisha cafes below, leaving the entire hotel reeking of smoke and shisha.

The room and facilities are old, and the lighting is dim. The air conditioning is sufficient.
The bed sheets, quilt covers and towels are old and have obvious signs of use. The toiletries are average.
The service staff are enthusiastic and do not ask for tips as rumored online. However, there is little communication between them. What I said to one of the waiters was completely unknown after the other person changed.
