The service is rated 4 points because the efficiency is so low! When checking in, they said they would wait for 5 minutes, but I ended up waiting for 10 5-minute waits. I urged them 4 or 5 times and gradually became irritable hhhh…
The receptionist was very good and kept apologizing and explained that because there were three of us, it would take a long time to add a bed. The receptionist went upstairs to check twice and then told me the progress of adding a bed. So… I suppressed my irritability and gave the service a high score of 4 points…

Even after the check-in time, we had to wait 40 minutes because the cleaning had not yet been completed. Before and after entering the room, two people who seemed to be managers called to apologize and check if there were any problems, but it was unnecessary as it was of no use.
The building as a whole was old, but the room was comfortable. However, for some reason, the hair dryer did not work in the bathroom.
There was a wide variety of breakfast options, but the woman in charge of the made-to-order omelettes was unfriendly and the omelet was scrambled. I couldn't help but wonder why this was the case at Hilton.
The hotel is located in an area with many embassies, and there are several stylish shops nearby, so you won't have any trouble finding souvenirs. You won't feel unsafe even if you go out at night.

Upgraded to an apartment, the room is super large, the experience is very good. It is in the embassy area and very quiet. The breakfast is rich and delicious. The view of the Nile River is simply unbeatable, and you can see the pyramids from a distance!

The worst hotel experience I've ever had. After arriving at the hotel, the hotel manager asked us to wait and then said that the hotel had an emergency guest and would upgrade us to a better (higher star) hotel. I thought it was Hilton, so I believed it and agreed. However, after going to another Ramses Hilton, I found that it was very noisy and the hotel facilities were extremely old. I checked the so-called higher-star Hilton later and realized that I was cheated. I compared prices on Ctrip and found that the so-called higher-end Hilton actually had a much lower rating and was cheaper than the hotel I booked before.
After communication, Hilton added an extra bed for me. After multiple communications (about 6 times), over two days, they gave me access to the executive lounge for one day, where I could have breakfast and a small dinner (I had already bought breakfast). Within three days, the hotel's water supply was blocked and the phone was broken. The worst thing was the noise. There were too many people and there was no place to eat breakfast. You had to move other people's leftover plates to eat.
Next time I won't trust Hilton anymore
