Excellent hotel, excellent and helpful staff, clean rooms and location worth trying

This hotel actually has a triple room, but it deliberately does not put it on the Ctrip platform, so that guests who book suites through Ctrip can be arranged to stay in a cheaper triple room on site (the price difference is more than 20 US dollars). We went to the front desk to ask for a room change and refund the price difference. The front desk deliberately lied to us and said that this was the best room. After we produced the evidence, they did not deal with it. They just kept dragging it and did not apologize. Later, we asked Ctrip to contact the hotel to refund the price difference, but the hotel refused to admit it. After producing the evidence, they only refunded 10 US dollars (the price difference on other platforms is at least 20 US dollars). After many communications, there was no result. Although Ctrip made up part of the price difference (the processing was still relatively quick), there was no punishment for the hotel, and it was impossible to get more compensation. Customers can only be fooled and think they are unlucky. The sanitary conditions of this hotel are average. There are cracks in the wooden floor, which squeaks when walking at night. The windows are close to the street and the noise is very loud. The bedding is relatively poor, and there are hairs from the previous guest. I didn’t dare to use the bathroom directly, so it is inconvenient to comment. The only advantage is that it is on the embassy island + 24-hour front desk, but this price is really unnecessary. Please do not book this hotel. They deliberately sell rooms on multiple platforms at the same time, earning the difference by exchanging inferior rooms to deceive consumers.
