The view was amazing, breakfast good and staff very friendly. Would stay there again.

I felt safe when I entered the hotel in Cairo. You can walk to the museum, but of course it takes courage to cross the road. The bar on the first floor of the hotel is very good, with music every night. After a day of fun, you can order some drinks to relax. The Thai restaurant tastes very good. We were a small group and ordered three dishes, all of which were quite good. The slightly inconvenient thing was that the shower head was not stable, but I thought it was acceptable because I only stayed for two nights. It seems that every room has a balcony, and ours has a view of the city and the Nile River.

When I checked in initially everything was lovely. They charged me $80 for an extra person in the room. The view was lovely and I was upgraded as a Marriot gold Member. The next day was not so lovely. I told them I would like to extend and was told I had to do that through Booking. What? Ok. So I rebooked with Booking and I guess they didn’t get the information. I showed them the reservation and that I paid. They called me incessantly and were rude as hell even though they had my Amex on file. It was ridiculous so I checked out and went to Le Meridian. So much better. Stay there. It is even connected to the airport. They have several restaurants and the staff is amazing. The view was lovely at the Ritz though.

Great location, right in the heart of Cairo. We were taken to a high floor and had such a great view of the Nile River and the city that we didn't even have to climb the Cairo Tower. The concierge was able to help us with things outside of that hotel, such as asking us to contact the hotel we would be staying at the next day, which is indeed a five-star hotel. The restaurant we used was also delicious.

Good location to get to Egyptian Museum and Tahrir Square... Nile is walkable distance. Rooms are okay sized but well looked after and clean. Some language issues as room service sometimes ask me to call Reception instead. Also bar service is slow and the restaurant tried to charge me twice as the didn't understand the payment machine needed a paper change... It took 15 minutes of explaining, investigating and all the inconveniece.

The hotel service is terrible. My dry-cleaned clothes had stains on them. They insisted that I had the stains before and told me that they had told me. They asked me to check the surveillance to prove that they had told me. They never responded to my messages and deducted my laundry money. They didn't compensate me or apologize for damaging my clothes. Is this the service of a five-star hotel? They didn't respond to my messages. I'm speechless about this hotel. I've never stayed in such a hotel. The service attitude is extremely bad. It's been more than ten days and there's no response. They even accused the guest of having told me that the clothes had stains. They asked me to find evidence but they didn't respond.

The hotel just opened in January, the facilities are very new and the staff service is very warm. The Lebanese restaurant on the first floor is delicious. The original reservation of the grave view hotel had a problem. The hotel booked temporarily on the same day was not expensive, the twin beds were large, and Simmons was comfortable. Very professional 5-start hotel in the center of Cairo. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They have all the information and assistance you need! We had a nice view of the Nile. Restaurants at the hotel are very good. Will come back again!
