I booked for a seaview room but was given a carpark and a corner bit of seaview. Felt ripped off. I was staying in 1061. Pls avoid this if you have booked for seaview room. This room should not be sold as a sea view room.
We certainly got a lot of tree views!

The hotel facilities are very good, relatively new, and very close to the pier. It is about 9 km from the airport. The hotel is close to night markets, supermarkets, and places to eat. Very convenient

ラグーンや船着き場から近く、ナイトマーケットなどショッピングや食事にも困ることのない立地でした。プールも十分楽しめるサイズで、卓球台もあってホテルステイも楽しめました。
気候的に仕方ない気もしますが、エレベーターなど一部でかび臭さが気になりました。またシャワーの水圧が弱めだった点も少しマイナス。

The hotel opened in 2004 and has not been renovated for about 20 years!!! The air conditioner switch is a light switch, which I have never seen before! There is no place to charge the bedside table. All the facilities have returned to the feeling of déjà vu 20 years ago overnight!
The hygiene is even worse! The sheets, quilt covers, and sofas are all dirty and stained. I suspect they have never changed them. The next day, I called the housekeeping department to change the quilt cover and get paper towels. When we returned to the hotel at night, they had not changed or replenished it!
This is not Shangri-La, it is obviously a stinky Shangri-La, and I booked a suite!
Let’s talk about breakfast. I only had one meal, which was really unpalatable. In the following days, I asked my family to bring a boiled egg and forget it!
But thanks to Ctrip, I complained to Ctrip customer service when I couldn’t find the hotel staff. They actively contacted the hotel manager and helped me solve some problems!
