It was great!

The mountain crystal view room I stayed in has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is very spacious and comfortable. The mattress is really comfortable. The balcony is very large and wide. The view is charming. The kitchen has all the utensils and utensils. It is perfect for cooking in front of the sea. The location is perfect. The sea is opposite to the left and you can go out to the street shops and go shopping. You can also take a walk on the seaside boardwalk. The hotel staff always had sweet smiles on their faces. The five friends who came with us were very satisfied.

The location was not bad for sightseeing within Cairns, the staff at the desk were all friendly, and the room was very large and good for the price. It was nice that all amenities including a washing machine and dryer were provided.

The location is excellent, the room is spacious, and all kitchenware is available. There is one more room than the reservation stated - great value!

A nine-night trip for eight family members, three generations aged 10 to 80, in two three-bedroom and two two-bedroom rooms. (Originally planned for five nights) The rooms were clean and spacious, with a nice view from the balcony, and the boardwalk in front of the hotel was perfect for a walk. Hemingway Brewery in front of the hotel was also a pleasant brewery. Cairns Central was within walking distance, and there was a supermarket about a five-minute walk away, so it was convenient for shopping. (It was a little difficult to buy water because we were a large group.) The staff were at the front desk from morning to evening, and they arranged a tour of Green Island and also consulted us about going to Kuranda, so we enjoyed it. This time, due to a typhoon in Japan, the return flight was canceled, and there was no alternative flight for four days, so we suddenly changed our stay from five nights to nine nights. They immediately and willingly reserved a room that was available, so we were lucky not to be left out on the street. They even applied a discount for consecutive nights, and although we had to move rooms, we were able to enjoy various rooms. It was also really helpful that there was a kitchen. The Japanese staff member Ken was also very helpful and made my stay very enjoyable. Jodie tried her best to understand my poor English and used the computer translation function to help me. I was so happy to come back home every time I came back. I want to go back again!
