I was able to request early check-in for free using the contact information email I had purchased on Trip.com. It took 15 minutes by taxi from the airport, costing about $45. You can walk to the port to Green Island, the place where you can hold koalas, the supermarket, and anywhere in the city center.
I was grateful for the self-check-out arrangement.
The room was clean and there were no problems with the terrace, air conditioning, toilet, shower, or kitchen.
However, the shampoo in the amenities is quite squeaky, so if you are concerned about this, it is better to bring your own. There is no toothbrush, but there is a bath towel.
Overall, I'm really glad I stayed here!

The room was clean, and there was a shopping mall right in front of the hotel, so it was very convenient! They also helped us call a taxi for the way back, which was very kind.

I had an incredible experience staying at Cairns City Apartments! I brought a footy team of 32 people, and the management went above and beyond to accommodate all of us. They were incredibly helpful, organized, and welcoming from start to finish. The apartments were amazing—spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. With the management’s full support, we were also able to use the pool areas for team BBQs and meetings, which made the experience even more enjoyable and brought our group together in the best way possible. The location was perfect, and the overall quality and comfort of the stay exceeded our expectations. I can’t thank the team at Cairns City Apartments enough for their hospitality. Highly recommended for teams, large groups, or anyone looking for a top-tier stay in Cairns!

We stayed hear for 4days. It’s very spacious.
The room is air conditioned.
On day 1, I was able to get in at 10:00,so take a rest. The Kitchen is spacious and has plates and cups you can enjoy breakfirst or tea in your room as all the amenities are provided.
