Good location, convenient access, 5-8 minutes to the pier, night market. McDonald's downstairs, with a clear sign.

Hotel location was good. But its seem that they charge extra for room cleaning.My stay was over a week and in the end room looks like mess.Later o cleaned myself. This policy should apply to those who lives for one to two days and if some decide to live longer hotel must provide cleaning and other facilities irrespective of their pre booking or not.

Facilities were modern, staff was friendly, location was optimal. The view was a bit misleading (the window doesn’t really have a view) but overall nothing to complain about.

This is my third city in Australia, and this is also the hotel with the worst experience. They charge the same price as a five-star hotel, but provide the services of a hostel. A deposit of one Australian dollar must be paid by credit card upon check-in, and other methods are not allowed. In other hotels in Australia, you can always pay in cash, but I don't know what the point is. Let me talk about the hygiene. Not only is there no special person to clean every day, but cockroaches even crawl onto the bed. It is really worrying. I hope that all netizens will seriously consider before checking in.
