Nous avons passé un séjour absolument inoubliable dans ce petit havre de paix niché au cœur de la nature ! L’emplacement est parfait : à deux pas du parc national de Cahuita et des plages, tout en étant entouré d’une végétation et animaux vivent en liberté. Un vrai bonheur ! Maryse et Pierre sont des hôtes exceptionnels : chaleureux, disponibles et toujours prêts à partager leurs bons plans avec le sourire. Leurs conseils avisés nous ont permis de découvrir des trésors . L’ambiance est conviviale, presque familiale. On se sent tout de suite chez soi, et les échanges avec les autres voyageurs rendent l’expérience encore plus riche. Un lieu authentique, paisible et accueillant – nous repartons le cœur léger mais rempli de souvenirs inoubliables. Merci encore à Maryse et Pierre pour leur générosité !

I would give this property 7 stars if that were possible. The grounds are beautiful, well maintained & full of wildlife. The rooms are clean & comfortable. There is a very relaxed atmosphere so you can slip straight into holiday mode & just enjoy the beauty. When my transfer to Tortugero was cancelled the night before I was due to leave Marise very efficiently resolved the situation & organised a local transfer.Marise also recommended a local taxi driver & I was able to message him anytime I needed a ride.

The property is a mini animal sanctuary, with many agouti running around and sloths hanging in the trees. Many birds and frogs and even a kinkajou, although hard to spot. The hosts are very nice and helpful, Marise will make sure you and comfortable and Pierre will tell you all about the wildlife. The room is clean and comfortable, although there is no AC, so keep that in mind. It is walkable to Cahuita although a couple more min out of the way than some of the other hotels, wasn’t a problem to walk to the beach, park or city though. Overall safe, comfortable, and friendly, I would recommend a stay here especially if you want easy access to sloths and wildlife out your front door

A lovely 3 days in wonderful surroundings
A lovely 3 night stay in beautifully maintained tropical gardens and well kept comfortable 2 bed cottage. Lots of wildlife in the gardens and trees including Sloths. Hosts were fantastic and nothing was too much of a problem. Beautiful swimming pool and right on the beach. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance.

Erg fijne accomodatie met prachtige tuin. Je hoeft in principe niet weg want er zitten elke dag luiaards in de bomen in de tuin. Fijn zwembad, wel volledig in de zon. Kamer is fijn, met airco en douche met hele goede waterdruk!
