Saubere Zimmer, modern, Bett und Badezimmer gut, schöne Gemeinschaftsküche mit absolut guter Ausstattung, zur Benutzung eine nette Terrasse und ein leider nicht gepflegter Garten. Dafür frische Zitrusfrüchte vom Baum. Es gab ein kleines Wasser + 1 x Saft als "Welcome" gratis im Kühlschrak. Ist gut wenn die Geschäfte bereits geschlossen haben. Viele Moskitos vom Garten. Wurden leider viel gestochen, konnten nicht schlafen, Moskitonetze beim Fenster wären gut. Wenn man vor der Türe ist, muss man den Gastgeber sofort anrufen, keiner ist da, dieser macht "Remote" auf. Die Putzfrau ist unfreundlich und unwillig, aber der Gastgeber ok. Leider weit vom Zentrum, ansonsten trotzdem zu empfehlen.

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, aber der Standort ist leider nicht so optimal. Vorsicht, es ist zu weit vom echten Zentrum! Für die Anreise oder Abreise mit dem Zug auch ungünstig. Die Zimmer sind aber sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Küche ist auch gut. Leider viele Moskitos, man kommt kaum zum Schlafen. Der Garten ist leider ungepflegt und die Putzfrau unfreundlich und gar nicht hilfsbereit. Bei der Ankunft Via Malfidano 30 unbedingt sofort anrufen, sonst kommt man gar nicht in das Haus!
