Siamo arrivati la sera per un breve pernottamento a Cagliari. Prima dell’arrivo abbiamo ricevuto un dettagliato whatsapp per come entrare etc. Tutto molto semplice. Location a pochi metri dalla stazione . Camera pulita e ampia, nuova con bagno, ripostiglio e piccola area cucina. Acqua di cortesia e caffè ! Personale squisito che ci ha permesso di lasciare in area protetta i nostri bagagli fino alle 16 dopo il nostro check out. Colazione a pochi metri in un piacevole bar. Che dire ? Molto bene . Arrivederci

B&b maar geen ontbijt gekregen. Er was ook helemaal niet gezegd dat er geen ontbijt was. Verder mooie locatie. Propere kamers. Vriendelijke ontvangst. Op onze telefonische vraag kregen we een adres doorgestuurd. Geen communicatie op wiens kosten dit zou zijn. Het adres leek ook niet in de buurt

Ottimo qualità e vicinanza al centro città
Il b&b è situato in zona centrale, senza problemi di parcheggio (la vacanza è stata ad ottobre, non saprei in estate). La via principale ha i posteggi a pagamento (anche se sabato e domenica sono gratuiti), le vie laterali ha le righe bianche.
Il check-in è automatico, tramite messaggio con il responsabile che fornisce anche tutte le informazioni per poter accedere alla struttura. Graditissimo il bollitore, come il caffè gratuiti all'ingresso e a disposizione per gli ospiti.
La camera era pulita, confortevole, idromassaggio comodo.

Disappointing
I’m fairly disappointed with this property. The rooms are definitely not “soundproofed” as you can hear absolutely everything going on in the other rooms. The bed is not memory foam or, if it is, it’s extremely old. The room has a smell that I think is coming from the old wardrobe and now all of my belongings I brought stink. There is a loud, obnoxious buzzing sound that goes off in the hallway every few minutes. The street is under major construction that doesn’t look like it’s going to be finished anytime soon and is quite dark at night as is the entrance to the building. You have to call direct to get the information about how to check in. I had to call twice and had no further contact with the host. I would not stay here again.

Nessun host con cui confrontarsi. Camera spaziosa ma letto non troppo comodo e cuscini bassi. Si può usare Netflix. Non c'è il bidet ma la doccetta vicino... la mia perdeva acqua ma poi l'hanno aggiustata. In camera frigo, macchinetta del caffè con cialdine (che non funzionava? Io non ci sono riuscito). Pulizia sufficiente. Prezzo un po' alto.

Camera molto carina e pulitissima. A noi è capitata la camera girasole. Dotata di doccia. Cambio asciugamani giornaliero. Personale gentilissimo, disponibile e molto accogliente. Posizione ottima perché vicino stazione e per visitare Cagliari. Unica pecca eche in bagno non vi sono gangi per appendere asciugamani. Icolazione presso bar Vintage sito in via Mameli che però offre solo cornetti, caffè, cappu, spremuta e di salato eventualmente una pizza non altra scelta. Comunque consigliamo il b & b
