La struttura si compone di alcune camere in due strutture limitrofe (una in piazzetta, l'altra nella viuzza dietro); io ho alloggiato nella camera "Castello", in pratica un 3° piano sottotetto (soffitto alto...), condizionatore silenzioso, frigo bar e terrazzino (che ai piani inferiori non c'è...); UNICO difetto è il box doccia, che non scarica bene l'acqua..... Il gestore è stato disponibilissimo, facendoci entrare in stanza prima dell'orario stabilito per il check-in e uscire dopo l'orario del check-out... Il posto è strategico, essendo situato nel quartiere Marina (pieno di locali, ristoranti, negozi, etc.), a 100m dal lungomare dove passano i bus, a circa 1km dalla stazione centrale FFSS

Situato in una piccola piazzetta in pieno centro città. Tutto raggiungibile a piedi in 5/10 minuti Enrico stupendo padrone di casa consiglia itinerari nappa alla mani Bagno funzionale e attrezzato Peccato per i letti un po scomodi Comunque lo consiglio

Great place to stay
Nice room in an excellent location to explore central Cagliari. Excellent hosts, and great communication. Would definitely stay there again. Other reviewers noted the bed is a pull out, but it's very comfortable, and I had no problems sleeping on it.

Met on arrival and given a map of the city and recommendations of places to eat (pizza, pasta, meat & fish) we tried several of these & they were all great. Rooms were spacious and clean and were cleaned every day. It is in the city centre but the noise was minimal & we slept well. Rooms had air conditioning, fridge, tv & hot shower with plenty of water. Breakfast was in a cafe across the square 7-11 and it had great coffee and a selection of pastries. I would definitely stay again.

location ottima pieno centro pulizia media gentilezza buona colazione voto zero= presso un bar con voucher ovviamente a loro discrezione per cui non si capiva mai cosa si potesse prendere (premetto che io mi avvalgo di un te e un caffe)
