My boyfriend and I checked in around 6:00 PM for a 12-hour stay in a Double Bed room, with the reservation under his name. Upon check-out at approximately 9:30 PM, I left the establishment first due to the crowded lobby, leaving my boyfriend to process the check-out. However, when he joined me outside, he immediately informed me that he was only refunded ₱100.00 from the ₱200.00 deposit. I went back inside to clarify the matter with the concierge in charge. Despite approaching her politely, she remained focused on her cellphone and did not engage with me respectfully or professionally. I explained the situation nicely, thinking there might have been a misunderstanding, but her rude behavior persisted. Frustrated, I went outside to call my boyfriend back to address the issue himself. When my boyfriend approached the concierge and politely followed up, the same unprofessional behavior continued. The refund of the remaining ₱100.00 was unnecessarily delayed, and the staff member remained glued to her cellphone, exuding an attitude that was rude and disrespectful. This behavior left my boyfriend visibly upset due to the poor service we experienced. This incident is deeply disappointing and has left a negative impression of your establishment, especially as we initially had a pleasant experience during check-in.
