Really nice hotel, slightly hidden away but at the same time very conveniently located in the city. Really helpful staff and a lovely room. We couldn't have asked for more.

We arrived for q30 and no one was there to greet us. No elevator. This is an air b and b not a hotel. Had to carry the bags up several flight. Cute place very clean, but would not go back. Location was very good. The signage is terrible.

Hard to find because no sign on the entrance. No one was there to check us in, keys were left in a lock box. Had to drag our luggage up a two floors on a spiral stone staircase……

La habitación no estaba mal pero no reflejaba lo que se veia en la foto de la web. La imagen de la foto presentaba un ambiente distinto al que encuentras en la realidad. Además si escoges las habitaciones de la planta alta hay que tener en cuenta que no hay ascensor y la escalera no es demasiado cómoda

They billed me double for my stay. ******* charged me then the hotel charged me again. Instead of just charging me for the mini bar. It was expensive but nice but double makes it excessive.

I was on a family trip to Normandy, staying in Caen for three nights. We had the Blue Room and the Green Room and everyone loved this small, beautiful hotel. It's in a renovated 17th and 18th century building. Each of our rooms was very large (bedroom, bathroom, and a closet / dressing room), impeccably clean, quiet, and comfortable. The rooms face a beautiful courtyard instead of the street. Wi-Fi was very good. There's ample paid parking nearby (free overnight and on Sunday). The included breakfast spread was terrific, including locally grown pears and local cheese, meats, and more. I'd love to stay here again! Caen is a wonderful city to visit in its own right and is also an excellent base for Bayeux and the D-Day beaches.

Avoid the white room which is very small and attic. Tiny bathroom with no storage space. The other rooms are spacious and very well decorated. A little daily vacuuming in the bathroom would have been desirable. Positive points: location (near the Abbaye aux Hommes), welcome, breakfast (simple with good value for money), terrace, quiet… So to be recommended… except the white room!
