Hôtel très bien situé, chambre très propre, literie parfaite. Nombreux restaurants à proximité. Seul petit bémol : nous aurions aimé du salé (jambon, œufs, fromage...) au petit déjeuner. Les croissants étaient géants ! La place de parking a été appréciée !

Accueil agréable. Néanmoins, j'aurais apprécié juste une toute petite attention, un mot ou autre, dans notre chambre familiale car j'avais précisé à l'hôtel que nous venions pour les 18 ans de notre fils. Pas beaucoup de choix dans le petit déj. Sinon, l'hôtel est bien situé.

Hôtel de centre ville, bien placé. Mais pas de parking, ascenseur très étroit. Chambre correcte, propre mais étroite et assez sommaire.

Très bon accueil.
Chambre 15 au 4è étage (avec ascenseur) avec un lit double et deux lits simples. Spacieuse, au détriment de la salle de bain. Manque cruellement de climatisation pour éviter d'ouvrir la fenêtre et d'avoir les bruits de la rue (ainsi que du Tramway). Petit déjeuner correct mais pas de prix pour les enfants - pas de choix hormis la boisson chaude.
Bémol sur le sèche-cheveux brûlant et les petits sachets de gel douche, pas écolo du tout.
Une poubelle dans la chambre ainsi qu'une bouilloire seraient appréciés. Aussi, les verrous se débloquent avec l'action de la poignée, pas pratique pour que les enfants ne sortent pas de la chambre.
Enfin, les arrivants tardifs ne se souciant pas des autres, l'insonorisation avec le couloir pourrait être améliorée.
