What a fabulous hotel in Cadiz old town. Fantastic attention to detail in the room. Lovely body wash shampoo and conditioner. Choice of hot drinks and a well equipped mini bar. The restaurant was superb both for its food choice but also its level of service. The waiter on our first night was both informative and fun. All the staff in the hotel and restaurant were friendly and accommodating. Thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful boutique hotel within the heart of the old town. 24hr reception who are extremely helpful. Room had everything you need. Ate in their Italian restaurant next door, the tomato carpaccio with burata was amazing! Tiramisu was one of the best! The hotel was clean, bed and pillows comfy and shower huge (room 12)

Amazing gem!
We never write reviews but couldn’t pass up the opportunity to compliment Casa Canovas. From the moment we arrived Fernando was so helpful and friendly. The hotel itself is beautifully renovated with tasteful decor, incredibly clean and comfortable. Rooms are spacious and the beds were heavenly. The property is located very centrally and has an amazing restaurant that we’d highly recommend.

Stayed at Hotel Canovas for three nights on a chill-out trip with a childhood friend. It was a beautiful room in a lovely little street in Cadiz. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the staff were lovely. We left considerably more relaxed than we came in, and enjoyed wandering the streets around the hotel.

Best location, quiet, friendly helpful staff. They also have a Fantastic Italian restaurant, bar, & breakfast option! Definitely charming and one of the best boutique hotels in Spain! We Highly recommend it!
