Pues aquí otra reserva realizada desde un intermediario, que quieren anular por error en el precio, me he molestado en leer reseñas y respuestas, algo que ellos no, ya que usan la misma respuesta tipo para todos (que un fallo a principios de año, Enero ....patatinpatatan), y evidencian aún más sus mentiras, pues hay reservas realizadas desde octubre 2024, otras en febrero 2025, ... Los precios reservados cubren con margen en servicio que ofrecen, no hay ningún error, simplemente por la alta demanda pretenden triplicar beneficios. En algunos casos los huéspedes pierden opción a otros alojamientos por pensar que tenían una reserva firme, y sin margen de maniobra. Hablan de malas intenciones y de prestigio, verdades.

CUIDADO, ESTAFADORES!! El día 1 de febrero hice una reserva en este alojamiento, para el próximo 28 de Febrero. Para mi sorpresa, cuando ya está todo gestionado, con todos los vuelos sacados, una semana después me envían un correo transmitiendo que la reserva se ha cancelado UNILATERALMENTE por su parte sin dar ningún tipo de explicación. Cuando pido explicaciones me transmiten: "Problema informático". Qué casualidad que la reserva era para la época del carnaval y posteriormente el precio de la reserva era muy superior evidentemente. Todo gestionado, con varias personas con el itinerario y los vuelos gestionados desde otras comunidades y de repente esto. No recomiendo para nada reservar en este alojamiento porque te puede ocurrir lo mismo, que te dejen tirado con todo el viaje organizado. Para colmo, me transmiten que EL PRIMER PAGO QUE HE HECHO NO ES REEMBOLSABLE. Por supuesto adjunto fotos de los correos, para que conste la veracidad de la información.

Una ubicación magnífica a un paso del Ayuntamiento, en pleno centro.
Habitación limpia, cama fantástica, poco ruidosa.
Por poner una pega, común a casi todos los establecimientos del centro, solo hay de opción de aparcamiento un parking público de pago, que encarece la estancia. Eso sí, Justo al lado.

Last minute stay
Fantastic place. I booked late as ferry broke down. The accommodation is spot on everything you will need. Very clean and tidy and short distance to everything you might require.
