Die Lage der eigentlich schönen Unterkunft ist zentral und das freundliche Personal grundsätzlich angenehm. Viele Gäste haben im letzten Jahr eine Renovierung empfohlen - ich kann nur sagen: in diesen lautstarken Genuss sind wir voll gekommen! Wir empfanden die Vermietung des Zimmer ohne den Hinweis, dass ausgiebige Bauarbeiten im Hotel statt finden als äußerst störend und höchst ärgerlich. Und das zum Normalpreis! Ein Aufenthalt während des Tages im Zimmer war generell kaum möglich. Das gebotene "Up grate" mit einem Balkon entpuppte sich als kaum nutzbar, da der Balkon sicher seit sehr, sehr langer Zeit nicht mehr gereinigt war. Das Zimmer und das Bad waren aber sauber.

This is one of the best European hotels I have stayed in for years. The owners have done a superb renovation, ensuring the Casa Pizarro Hotel stays true to its location in Extremadura. They get the little/big things right: excellent beds, large and modern bathrooms and enough electrical sockets. Exceedingly friendly staff! The hotel's location is perfect: walking distance to everything in the delightful city of Caceres. Book room 208 with its fabulous balcony or any of the other rooms with balconies. I will go back.

Muy bien ubicado en el casco. La habitacion es amplia y con todo tipo de detalles.La cama y almohadas comodas. El baño muy amplio y limpio . La nuestra tenia una terraza estupenda aunque no la pudimos disfrutar mucho por la lluvia.El hotel tiene una decoracion muy cuidada en la que combina la antigüedad del palacio con todas las comodidades del presente. Desayuno muy correcto y con variedad de producto, ademas si hay algo que necesites te lo proporcionan. El personal de recepcion muy atento e intentando ayudarte en todo momento. Un hotel con encanto que te invita a volver.

Ein sehr sorgfältig restauriertes Haus, mit tollen Zimmern und noblen Allgemeinflächen. Dazu kommt die geniale Lage neben dem Museo Helga de Alvear. Damit ist das schöne Haus schon umfassend beschrieben. Das Parken bzw. die Anfahrt ist etwas kompliziert, aber das gilt eigentlich für (fast) alle Hotels im Zentrum von Caceres. Zu raten ist auf jeden Fall, direkt die Garage anzusteuern und die 300m mit dem Koffer ‚zu rollen‘. Sehr freundliches Personal im Haus. Die Kaffeemaschinen im Frühstücksraum könnte man durchaus an das Niveau des Hauses anpassen

Beautiful small boutique hotel in the old part of this lovely town. Quiet, comfortable and very well situated. Our room was spotlessly clean. Just three minutes walk from the Plaza Mayor. No restaurant but very good breakfast. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Parking is available nearby at a small cost.
