Hotel maravilhoso, recepcionista que me atendeu no check-in um amor (desculpa não lembrar o nome) sempre todos funcionários muito solícitos, todos muito gentis estao de parabéns, as roupas de cama e toalhas tão cheirosos que dava pra sentir antes de entrar no quarto, sempre fazendo arrumação do quarto impecável quando saíamos, café da manhã uma delicia com bastante opções, sempre fazendo reposição rapidamente, localização boa perto de tudo! 15 minutos de Arraial e perto do Bairro da passagem que é perfeito a noite, estacionamento otimo coberto, piscina gostosa, sauna muito boa! Amamos tudo sem exceção!

The hotel was very good !!! Super indic the hotel team of the super gentle and well-functioning breakfast, drinks and petiscos in the pool tdo very good tb and out the rooms all clean and smelling. Good afternoon. I'm visiting the hotel at almost one year, and we never have passed so many disorders without a solution. Small problems, which accumulated, turned big things. *works in the apartment in front and around, was reported at the reception, they answered me that it was only that day, and extended, all the stay. * room packing, not made in any of the 3 days. * tumbled vase, no solution * swimming pool, shocking. for lighting * breakfast without butter (???) *Demagnetized card of the room, of all guests, making everyone there to make a new card, which generates more a loss of time. The noise persisted every day, the whole day, and it would be right to leave the walk vague, or the surrounding environments isolated.

Somos duas mamães. Viajamos com nossa filha de 1 ano e 8 meses, minha mãe, e nossa pet. Pegamos um quarto quadruplo que foi bem confortável para nós. Amamos as instalações de lazer para bebês e crianças, além da liberdade lara a nossa pet. Voltamos já com vontade de marcar nova viagem! Lugar muito bem conservado e com funcionários amáveis. A única coisa a melhorar seria a qualidade das bebidas e alimentação. Ahh, vale mencionar que na região há mosquitos. Imprescindível levar repelente! No mais, amamos tudo, nossa filha curtiu mto.
