It’s ok but been better for same price

Great hotel resort with All Inclusive meals and drinks. Excellent service and good quality amenities. Evening entertainment mainly suitable for families, with young children which is understandable.

Overall we loved our stay. With some less positive aspects, the gastronomic variety of the buffet, the noise in the rooms. The children's pool, the space very hot in contrast to the outside temperature.

Good but with aspects to improve. Foreign employees who do not understand requests. Rooms in need of renovation.

Everything was impeccable, from the cleaning to the food! As 5 Stars usually say...

Excellent stay with all amenities

Excellent choice, good location

Unprecedented choice for breakfast!!! Some guests did not clean up their plastic cups and containers themselves; the wind would cause them to fall to the floor and it sometimes did not seem so clean. Hotel staff does try to clean up quickly.

Fantastic resort! Facilites are very clean, with a spa, gym and 4 pools (one for adults only in the spa and one covered outside for kids). If you’ve booked all inclusive there’s plenty of good food and drinks available all the time. The hotel plans activities for kids and adults everyday, we loved the live music in the evenings (adults only area) as well as yoga at the beach in the mornings. The hotel itself was beautiful, and the rooms were modern and clean with a lovely balcony area, my only issue with the rooms was how lack of noise isolation the doors had (could hear everything in the hallway) but considering it’s family friendly hotel the noise hasn’t that bad. Will definitely look to book again, it was the perfect relaxing get away!

Great family friendly hotel, great and healthy food and drinks everyday, everywhere, indoor pool for children, amazing beach for long walks… Very clean. Great staff, a lot activities all day and night, very dinamic kids club next to a indoor adult spa and swimming pool where you can take a look on them…

Great stay at Pestana Porto Santo. Amazing beach atmosphere and beautiful people with good harts in mind. From the clerks to the back office team and RP that reach out to us ensuring a top notch experience. And off course All at animation team that made their presence felt thru out the day and night, young and cheerful always aiming for a great time. Thanks to Jose, Joao and Nadine for the extra mile at the bar. You can’t go wrong with Pestana at Porto Santo.

'It's been a very good experience at all levels, the staff are spectacular, friendly and always ready and helpful for everything. Yesterday we had the privilege of listening to Isabela sing at Longue and it was very good, congratulations to her!

I liked it a lot: the swimming pool, the gardens, the cleanness, the hospitality and friendlyness of all the staff, in particular the entertainment team. Surely coming back in the future. Oh, and the beach right next to the resort is beautiful!
