I highly recommend Cardiff Bay, where I stayed a couple of weeks ago. So I tried to give Premier Inn a detailed and excellent review about many aspects of my stay. BUT now I am very fed up with Premier Inn asking me for reviews. I've tried to give a positive one twice and it's taken me ages. It asks for loads of details. If you go back it loses everything you've already put in. I gave up after a long time the first time I tried and I can't remember the details of why any more. Today I had another email asking for feedback and decided I would do a short positive one, because it was really good. This time it wouldn't allow a short review. So I decided to tell them about the rotten review process, as I'm doing on Trip Advisor now. It was difficult to find a way to do that. When I thought I'd found a way, it asked for dates, which I had to look them up. Then it lost everything I'd written. That's when I gave up and went to Trip Advisor. I hope Trip Advisor will publish this message and Premier Inn will pass it to someone who has the ability to improve it. It's sad that I'm so fed up after such a good stay.
