Travelling with 2 other couples. When we arrived at the property our hearts sank. Where do I start? Badly stained carpets, broken lamp, tape over broken light switch, windows and mirrors filthy, cracked bathroom fittings, not fit for purpose sofa bed, didn't smell clean etc etc We left the property straight away and booked in to a hotel. When contacting the owner and sending photos, they agreed it wasn't up to scratch and would send a refund....I am still waiting 2 months later.
