Room was spotless staff were very helpful
Breakfast was very good also but the parking was a nightmare as couldn't get a place as there were lots of large work vans there takeing up 4 places of parking g but the hotel ot self was very good

Nice hotel and good location. Coffee machine broken at the time we were there, hopefully that it would get fixed. Rooms clean and good size.

Fantastic hotel by the old docks of Cardiff, close to the Train station and the city center, but also close to Cardiff bay, which is a lovely place for a walk.
The Hotel overall was very good, good rooms and a very good breakfast selection for the budget traveler.

Rooms are not generally clean. The first room we were given was very smelly. Asked staff to change it and was promptly given other room. Booked for kids and there was a sofa bed but no beddings which I had to request them later. AC does not work and it is very hot.
