"We have forgotten one essential thing at the hotel. Once we try to contact the hotel reception after midnight, we get their prompt attention and quick response. The hotel reception has a good service mind and helps to send our belonging to our next accommodation in time.
The hotel is near Aomori Station and interesting places such as Furukawa fish market, A-Factory, Nebuta Museum, where we can walk from the hotel.
Furthermore, there was a Christmas tree with a lot of snow beside the hotel. We have fun to visit there."

"A great hotel and excellent value. Good amenities and restaurant m. Some good bars and restaurants nearby but quite a walk from the station so better if you are driving into the area. All great until a taxi was required which was going to be a while so we were left to it. Wouldn’t have worried except the trains had also been suspended due to the weather. Thank goodness good old Uber worked or we would have been stranded!"

"Facilities: This is the newest, best and top hotel in Aomori, no doubt about it! The location is very good, right at Aomori Station, with shopping malls and restaurants downstairs, and the hotel is upstairs by swiping a card. The hotel is the newest, with all the facilities from medical care, massage, fitness, to hot springs, and you can hardly find any faults!
Hygiene: Because it is the newest hotel, the hygiene is first-class, and it can be described as spotless. You can look carefully when booking wine and rooms. The rooms marked with coco are for ladies, and the decoration is relatively fresh style. The rooms without markings are for men, which may be more business-oriented.
Environment: The environment of the hotel itself is perfect. Because the hotel is outside Aomori Station, there is still constant rumbling of trains in the rooms facing the station at night, which is the only minus point.
Service: The service is also perfect. I made an appointment for a SPA massage on the 6th floor and experienced it, but the massage technique is indeed quite different from that in China."

"The location is great, near the train station and restaurants are around the hotel. The parking attendant is very friendly. However the room is a little small and we have a family of 3, so need to split into 2 rooms. The hot bath, ice cream and noodle are great!"

"The room is very small, and the bed is only 1.4 meters wide, which is enough for two people to sleep for one night. There is no other way. If you can book a room on the day of the summer festival and the fireworks show, you have to make do with it. The bathroom is also very small. It takes about 4 bus stops to get to the station, and it takes nearly half an hour to walk back from the fireworks show. The price is 3-4 times the usual price. Check-in is upstairs, and the front desk, restaurant, and ”lobby” are all together and very small, which is at the level of an inn, and the hygiene is acceptable."

"It was a sudden search for a place to stay because Shinkansen had a problem, so I had to find a place before midnight. So I found this place. It's a bit far from JR Aomori, but it's walkable. The hotel is good and worth the price. There's a bathtub, TV, refrigerator, and kettle. The receptionist also provided good service. I was impressed. If you want a budget place to stay, this is the place for you."

"The hotel is a lettle far from Aomori station.
But, when you check in until 8.30pm, you can have their orignal curry for free. You can also have a snack bread and cafe for free.
Moreover, there are two convince store, one is same building and other's diagonally opposite the building.
Unfortunetly, restaurants are not many near by. So, when you use here on foot you may feel a little unconvinent."

BbucketadventureLocated across from the train station east entrance. Check-in was hassle free. Staff friendly and efficient. This was the only property so far that allowed me to check in earlier than stipulated time. Room size is decent and comes with the usual amenities. Lots of eateries at the mall in the train station. Mini Mart just around the corner. Walkable to the fish market. Wifi works great.

풍풍금소리I booked this hot spring hotel because it looked so nice and located on the beach in the photos.
Thanks to the friendly staff, I had no inconveniences during my stay.
However, the following needs improvement.
1) Hot spring bath: The water in the two private jar baths in the open-air bath was too cold to use. Why didn't they refill the hot water?
2) Even if I feel thirsty while bathing, I can't drink water unless I go outside, which is inconvenient.
3) When I tried to apply for a train station pick-up service through Trip.com customer service, they said there was no such service. However, I was able to make a reservation when I went to Japan and called. Whose mistake was it, the Trip.com employee or the hotel employee???
4) The Trip.com customer service employee's response was too sloppy. Is it a language problem?
5) The hot spring water is good, and the outdoor hot spring has a sea view, so it's charming. Most of the cosmetics in the locker powder room are not refilled.

The hotel looks old but well maintained. Room size is typical Japanese business hotel. No gym, no swimming pool.

We contacted them while driving to inform them that we would be delayed, and finally arrived much later than planned, driving through the heavy snow, but the response and consideration of the front desk staff was heartwarming.

NNapstabloocGood value for money! This is my first time to write a hotel review, because I think this is the most cost-effective hotel I have stayed in since my trip. I was helped to put my luggage in the room, and the key point is that I was also helped to insert the power card! ! ! Even if I am out, I can enjoy the air conditioning as soon as I enter the room. Anyway, I have never encountered such a situation in other hotels where I have to insert the room card to get electricity. This is a big plus. The only drawback is that there is a relatively high table in the single room that takes up some area. If the suitcase is too big, it may not fit flat.
Needless to say, the location is a few minutes away from the station. Lawson, barbecue restaurant and Korean food are just downstairs, and there are many food around. Very convenient

TtabimemoI stayed here for one night. It's about a 10-minute walk from the station. There's a fish and vegetable center nearby, famous for its Nokkedon, and if you walk about 10 minutes towards the station you'll find Wa Rasse and Hakkodamaru, so I think it's a great place to stay for sightseeing. It's also connected to a hot spring facility, so it was great to be able to enjoy the hot spring. There was a mistake when I made the reservation, which caused some inconvenience, but they were happy to help me and it was a very good stay.
