This hotel boasts a superb location with easy access to transportation, spotless rooms equipped with essential amenities, and proximity to key landmarks. I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone. Additionally, the pricing is reasonable, and the reality matches the visuals depicted in the pictures. A solid choice all around.

I visited during the ***** New Year holiday and had a great time :) 1. When I checked in, they gave me a pave chocolate as a welcome food, and I listened to the guide while sitting comfortably. 2. The room condition was clean, and the jacuzzi was also clean. Hotels are usually very dry, but thanks to the jacuzzi, I was able to self-humidify, so I was very comfortable. 3. I had a glass of delicious whiskey each at the Whiskey & Barrel on the 4th floor, which I could use as a service, and I also enjoyed the included breakfast! (Among the abalone/eel/short rib pot rice, I ate abalone and eel, and the abalone was very delicious. The eel was a bit too sweet for my taste..!)

🏨 Fairfield by Marriott Busan 314 Haeundaehaebyeon-ro, Haeundae-gu, Busan, South Korea, 48099 Stayed two nights in Fairfield by Marriott Busan to be close to Marina City for an event in mid October 2024. 📍Location: Fairfield by Marriott Busan is located in a less eventful part of Busan. Not the best pick if you want to be where the action is. I have stayed near the Busan train station and in Nampo previously and enjoyed those parts of Busan more. 🚕 Accessibility: it takes about 15 minutes' walk to the hotel (with luggage on uneven roads) from the drop off point at What The Burger which is where the Haeundae Intercity Bus alighted customers from Incheon Airport. The bus journey takes close to 5.5 hours with two rest stops and a stop at Nopo Terminal. Kakao Taxi fare from Fairfield by Marriott Hotel to Haeundae Intercity Bus Terminal costs about KRW5000-6000. 🛌🏽 Room: No complaints for the price point and what you see is what you get as befitting a Marriott property. There is construction opposite the hotel so paying for the city view on a high floor will avoid that if you are bothered by a construction view. The sea is not nearby so look for another option if that is important. 👣 Amenities: I did read another review about the paper thin room slippers and wisely packed a pair from home. 🍲 Food Options: I arrived at night and didn't find too many food options in the evening as everything seems to be closed early. There are convenience shops nearby and a Paris Baguette a few blocks away. Hotel breakfast is available at Bistro 314 on Level 2 of the hotel at a discounted rate of 16,500KRW for hotel guests if you book in advance. 🏋️ There is a fitness centre on Basement 1 next to the self service coin laundry. Rating: 3⭐ Stay here if you have business nearby and want to save time travelling but not as a tourist with limited time wanting to explore the best of what Busan has to offer.

The windows are all floor-to-ceiling. It's an apartment, and it's pretty good for a place this size in Korea. There's a washing machine, kitchen, etc. But the air conditioning is not very good. There is floor heating, but the air conditioning doesn't work when it's turned on. I'm almost freezing to death. It's close to Haeundae. There are restaurants downstairs. It's far from the city center.

Good location, right next to Haeundae metro/subway station. About a 2-3 minute walk if you come out from the right exit. Functional hotel. Room décor is a little dated but of a decent size. Air conditioning is a little wonky, kicks in and out throughout the night depending on prevailing room temperature. Can be a little noisy if you're facing the main road and you open the windows for the cool air. Stay here for the convenience and being in the middle of the action. Surrounded by eateries and with walking distance to the famed Haeundae beach. Good for a walk along the entire stretch of the beach. Not too far from the Haeundae Blue Line Park which offers tram/train rides or a scenic walk along the coast. One of the highlights of Busan

The hotel is not bad nor very good. The lighting is a bit poor in the room, and only one light switch for the whole room. It’s very close to Haeundae, which is very good. Close to the subway station and the beach. There’re lots of restaurants and shops nearby, quite convenient.

I feel scammed. Pros: - Location. It is on the busiest street and located in Haeundae so reasonable accessible to most attractions in Busan. - Space. very spacious. - Good A/C Cons: - View. I paid extra for ”partial ocean view” room and there was a huge difference between pictures and reality. Turns out there is only one room that looks like the picture and the other rooms have window-wall on one side that connects to balcony. The window wall had big and bulky window panes that made it impossible to appreciate the view. What is even crazier is, the balcony had a huge STONE WALL so we didn't even have ant view, HALF OF WHAT WE SAW WAS JUST WALL. We could only see the ocean in a very specific angle in a tiny, tiny spot on the bed. Not worth it and I regret booking the room. - Noise. the buskers sing until late on weekends. Because we were located right above rhe busking spot, we couls hear every word of lyrics with windows closed and could not really hold conversations without raising our voice. We couldn't hear ourselves think. - Lack of attention to details. inconvenient. shower is not built properly and water doesn't leak; it streams outside the shower. no bidet. hair dryer is weak and smells old - Understaffed as hell. we checked out at 10:45am, 15 minutes before checkout time and usually the busiest of time at receptions. One staff is dealing with phone calls, arranging taxi rides, overseeing/managing the luggage storage. We really did not feel safe storing our luggage in the lobby with the staff being so distracted and physically unable to see what happens to the luggage, even though it is right in front of reception the queue was blocking the view. At least the partial ocean view option is not worth the money at all. I feel scammed and strongly recommend other options of similar price range or ocean view hotels near Gwangan-li, since Haeundae is a very touristy region. You'll get burned out after two nights of staying in the neighborhood.

Room size with amenities and location are excellent! Wasn’t please with the check in process(the female staff don’t seem friendly maybe because she is. It fluent in English),breakfast table arrangement(was always given the furthest possible table from the buffet area),my toilet amenities weren’t refill for the 3rd night stay. The breakfast spread is reasonable but every morning is EXACTLY the same! However, every morning, I requested for a taxi at the lobby, the staff whom assisted me always smile and got me a taxi fast. Lobby is comfortable and clean to wait for my guide or relax in.

The whole room is clean, bright and well-equipped. You can see the beautiful sea and listen to the sound of seagulls. It feels like a vacation here and is very comfortable. The self-service kiosks are also very convenient and are available in multiple languages. It is very convenient for foreigners to check in and check out by themselves. It's only about ten minutes away from the MRT station, so it will be difficult to haul large luggage, but there are a lot of food nearby and it's very convenient. Overall, I highly recommend vacationing here.
