Fantastic location with excellent dining and entertainment options right outside. The casino is conveniently located downstairs, perfect for those looking for some entertainment. Directly connected to Lotte Department Store, it's a shopper's paradise! If you're visiting Seomyeon, this is *the* place to stay. It offers great value during the off-season; you can often get a room for around 800.
A special highlight for me was the in-room coffee machine – the coffee was absolutely delicious! Both flavors were excellent! It's hands down the best capsule coffee I've ever had. Honestly, it's far better than many specialty coffees. You *must* try it when you stay!

We had booked a Deluxe Double Room and was arranged to stay on 9/F. In my view, the room is clean and spacious. Not much noise unless people talking in the corridor. Toilet and shower are separated by doors, which is nice. TV is connected with internet so we don't have to connect our device to watch YouTube and the other channels. Although they forgot to replace our bathrobe for one night (which is nothing serious), we have a very pleasant stay. The photo was taken right before checking out. Their cleaning staff are doing a great job tidying up the room every day. :)

Room pictures show a stove, however it is disconnected, as cooking on the premises is not allowed (haven't tried the microwave - maybe at least you can heat your food if you need to, but honestly unsure). Access to the lift and room is done through a web page, no physical keys/cards. Which might seem like a good idea to some, however in practice is highly inconvenient and infuriating at times. This is, basically, fixing that which isn't broken. (We stayed at a very similar property in a different part of Busan which provided your typical key cards - way more convenient. Some may argue that key cards may be misplaced, while access through app or web page does not suffer from such a flaw. Still, I would say this perceived convenience is not worth it.) Room service has to be ordered via above-mentioned web page, otherwise nobody will come to clean the room. That in itself is a positive in my eyes at least. However the service itself is a tad strange - an old bar of soap was discarded but not replaced with a new one, also coffee drip bags available on check in were not replaced (however at least water was added to the fridge).
Make of this what you will. There are better options in Busan for similar serviced apartments.

The hotel location is located at what I think is a ‘red district area’. For girls, it might be a bit dangerous to wander alone around the area after 11pm as all the stores are closed. Behind is a local market, a lot of good restaurants and foods stalls. Hotel is clean and nice but the front desk girl at night is not friendly and giving us a rude face when we wanted to pay at the convenience store.

The hotel is conveniently located in a quiet area, with a bus stop just a short walk away. The breakfast spread was excellent. Despite being in a bustling neighborhood, it was surprisingly peaceful. My only minor complaint is regarding the check-in time. We arrived at 2:30 PM, and I would have appreciated getting our room earlier, especially since we saw other guests being checked in before us. Moreover, I know their other locations allow check-in from 12 PM.

Transportation is fairly convenient, and there’s a convenience store right downstairs. However, you’ll need to walk a bit to reach restaurants or small shops in the nearby business area. That said, it's only about a 10-minute walk to Jeonpo station, so it's not too far. The room is comfortable, but please note that complimentary bottled water is limited—once you've finished what's provided, you'll need to purchase more yourself.

This was my second time staying in a hotel apartment. The apartment is excellent, located in a 21-story chic building with 'URBANSTAY' clearly displayed on the building's front door, making it easy to spot. It’s situated on the main road in a vibrant commercial area filled with office buildings, stores, restaurants, and cosmetic clinics.
Check-in is self-service, as is luggage drop-off before the official check-in time, just like other hotel apartments. Be sure to read the instructions carefully and locate the correct apartment rooms, as another hotel apartment GemStay, is located on the same floor.
My room was comfortable and well-equipped, featuring a double bed, a private bathroom, a flat-screen TV, and a floor-to-ceiling window with a table and 2 chairs. A small kitchen with 2 stovetops and a sink, a washing machine, and a large fridge, but I kept things simple and just used the kettle for boiling water.
P.S. The wall-mounted heating control and AC remote took me a while to figure out. Thankfully, the staff was quick to respond to my messages and guide me through it.

Busan Business Hotel is in a great location near Lotte Department Store, an underground shopping mall, and many restaurants. The room was clean with enough space for luggage. Though toothbrush and toothpaste aren't provided, the polite front desk staff communicated well in English. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Busan.

Location is excellent, just steps from Seomyeon staion Exit 12 and the airport limousine bus.
Saw a few not so great reviews about cleanliness and was worried, but turns out the studio was clean and well-maintained.
Space is compact but nothing unexpected in a typical Japan or Korea accomodation. It has everything needed from kitchen utensils to washing machine which was extremely useful for longer trips. Only real grouse about space was the bathroom design, brilliant use of the right space but too squeezy for my liking. One literally cannot access the bathroom area without closing the door first. I believe it will be a hassle for anyone bigger sized to try to navigate the bathroom.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile, which made check-in and any inquiries smooth and pleasant. The room and common areas were very clean and well-maintained throughout our stay, which I truly appreciated.
The location is also a big plus — it’s just a short walk to the subway station, making it easy to get around the city. There are also plenty of eateries and cafes nearby, so food was never a problem.
Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

Amazing
PPiaofudeshuiqiIt's a newly opened hotel with very few reviews, so we booked it taking a bit of a gamble. Four of us stayed in one room for 3 nights. The room had very spacious beds, and we had no trouble fitting two large suitcases and two carry-ons. The hotel's location is about a 15-minute walk to either Seomyeon or Jeonpo. Fortunately, getting a taxi or using ride-hailing apps in Busan is very convenient. Staff speak basic English, but we were able to communicate effectively. For multi-night stays, you need to request housekeeping in advance, as it's not done automatically. The 10th floor boasts a rooftop lounge with complimentary water, ice, coffee, and fruit tea – a great spot to unwind with friends over a drink after a long day of sightseeing or shopping. There's a 24-hour 7-Eleven just 100 meters away, which is very convenient. However, the immediate area outside the hotel entrance has a scrap recycling station, which isn't the most aesthetically pleasing sight.

LLINLIStaying in a family suite, the space is bigger than expected
It's new inside too.
Hotel location is about3-5 minutes walk from Lotte. Very close.
There is 711 opposite. There are all barbecues nearby. Don't worry about nothing to eat.
You can also send luggage
The counter staff is not very English, but the people are very polite.
The fly in the ointment is
The room is located on the tenth floor. You need to take the ninth floor and climb a flight of stairs.
If there are elderly people, it will be a little inconvenient.
But there is nothing to be picky about this price

GGuest UserThis hotel was excellent price for 8 days I stayed. It was very close by to nightlife in busans central district and I had a great time. The room was luxurious and big for a solo travller with a nice bathroom and big bed. I stayed in room 1103. They have most things you could ask for. One big of criticism I have is that the air jets on their spa bath don't work in that room, but I won't rate them down for it. Hopefully they get this fixed by the time someone else stays there, especially if the spa is what you're going there for. I would stay here again if I am in busan.
The guy at the front desk is excellent. He allowed me check in early (for a small fee) and also gave me directions to a coin laundry near by.
There are lots of bars and resturaunts nearby as well as malls and arcades. They also have staff at the front desk which is a bonus. I had no problems communicating in English. The bed was the best sleep I've had in korea for so far, and I've been here in korea for 1 month.
It was well worth my money for the quality of room.

HHiu MingOne of the rooms I booked is a twin room with a queen and a single bed. When we checked in, the single bed has no bedsheet. After we requested, a staff came and said 2 people only 1 queen bed, they have no bedsheet for the single bed. So my friend slept in a single bed without bedsheets for 4 nights. Another room I booked for another friend found a big cockroach at the corner of the bedroom. The hotel only provides 1 bath towel for 2-pax room and 2 bath towel for 4-pax room. When we requested for more bath towels, the staff said no more bath towels available. The best thing of this hotel is parking is free and they provide unlimited bottled water and coffee.

GGuest UserThe room was generally clean, though the lighting was a bit dim. The combined AC and TV remote control was an unusual design. On check-in day, perhaps due to bad luck, the TV needed assistance from the front desk to get it working. The AC unit was also slightly clogged and was dripping water, but luckily, it didn't drip onto our luggage.
As compensation, the front desk offered to waive the additional charge for one person for one night. The AC leak, however, became quite a hassle. They initially suggested we move rooms the next day and go through a full check-out/check-in process, which was a major inconvenience. In the end, my family decided to just stay in the same room, and they agreed to fix the AC after our departure.
On a brighter note, the hotel offered complimentary coffee and hot chocolate around the clock, which was a definite plus! The surrounding area was also super vibrant with plenty of great restaurants and food options. Even though we don't speak Korean, the front desk staff were very cooperative and friendly.

AAnonymous UserI would like to suggest to a male staff member at the counter that when a customer asks if they can have an extra set of quilts, he can politely explain that they need to pay for it, instead of questioning the customer rudely: ”WHY?! There are only three of you, why do you need an extra set?” Do two people sleeping in a double bed need to report to you if they want to cover themselves with a quilt? The first time we checked in, we were in a very bad mood.
Other parts are OK, the hotel is in a great location and the housekeeping is great.
