Great location, close to the beach, station, market and entertainment. Can get noisy from music outside but it usually stops around 9-10pm.
No room safe, bedside light or entrance light, coffee wasn’t replaced and the balcony door locks behind you, so be careful! (Corner room)
Paid for a ‘higher floor’ room but given floor 15 (out of 32).
On arrival, the fire alarm was going off and the balcony sprinklers were flooding the balcony. We were moved twice . Overall it’s a great hotel for couples who want to be close to a lively area and beach.

Spent over 4,000 for a four-day stay. Overall, I was satisfied, but it didn't offer great value for money. Both its advantages and disadvantages were quite clear.
**Pros**:
The hotel boasts an excellent location, very close to Haeundae Beach. It's within walking distance to the popular 'sky capsule' train station platform and X the Sky for night views. The area also has plenty of restaurants, an Olive Young store, a snack street, and convenience stores.
The front desk lobby offers beautiful sea views. The staff's overall service attitude was warm and welcoming. Most of them spoke basic English, so communication was perfectly fine even without knowing Korean.
Breakfast offered a decent variety of dishes, though it wasn't overly extensive – which I didn't mind, considering we were in Korea. When it got busy, the food was replenished promptly. I'd recommend the Busan pork soup.
The sea view from the third-floor lounge is stunning. A thoughtful addition is the guest pantry, perfect for enjoying snacks purchased from convenience stores.
**Cons**:
The room's furnishings were too basic, almost like a budget hotel. The layout was also impractical, with insufficient space for belongings if you have more than a few items. This is something to consider if you're particular about room amenities.
Additionally, the room's soundproofing wasn't very good; noises from the hallway were clearly audible.

The location of the property is good, and room is functional enough though a bit small.
Bearing the Shilla brand I would expect the property to provide more/better amenties and better maintained. The property condition is not great. Breakfast is so so and I should have booked the room without breakfast as there are plenty of eatery around.
Overall I wouldn‘t stay here again. Doesn’t worth the price and definitely nothing closes to a “real” Shilla.

As good as always, this time Toyoko in front of famous Haeunde beach. All standard good Toyoko stuff plus beach rest! You can even get the ocean view from the room. This is the first Toyoko where I met plenty of foreigners - to count this as good or maybe not - is up to you (-:

I had a nice and enjoyable stay. The hotel is very clean, and the staff are friendly as well. During my check-in on the afternoon of May 23, a staff member at the check-in counter was extremely helpful. Although I didn’t catch his name, he spoke excellent English and assisted me by replacing my lost breakfast coupon. Earlier that morning, two other staff members had turned me away when I reported my lost coupon.

1.Location: very well located close to the metro station and close to the beach and pretty much everything.
2.Clean: very clean and new room and amenities.
3.Room. Big enough room , big kitchenette , big fridge , big closet , big bathroom , very spacious and new room.
4.Hotel amenities: the hotel doesn’t have much amenities , just need to go there to sleep
5.Service: service is ok , nice staff , and helpful and English is ok.
6.Need to improve: The curtains ! The room is amazing , but need to buy new curtains that block the sun , the blinds let through a lot of light and by night with street light the room is very lit , and in the morning with the sunrise too much sunlight came in that it has very hard for me to have a good sleep, need to fix that for your future guests.
Really enjoy the hotel will go there again , price and location and the room is very good, just need to get better black out curtains 😆

The room was decent. However, the check-in process for Chinese guests was quite cumbersome, requiring passport copies and various email addresses, while foreign guests checking in simultaneously weren't asked for anything, which felt discriminatory. The two elevators for high floors and two for low floors are separate and don't interconnect, so waiting times can be long. On the upside, the location is superb. A subway station and bus stop are right downstairs, along with a snack street and pedestrian area. It's about a ten-minute walk to the beach, and you can follow the coastline to Mipo Station, the starting point of the Sky Capsule/Coastal Train. The fantastic location is undoubtedly the biggest plus.

Stayed here for the 2nd time due to business travel. The hotel is really nice, new and with a good location to Haeundae Beach. Room is comfy, but there was some loud noise like construction work at 2:30 am that let me wake up. The fee for breakfast is with 60.000 KRW overcharged. It would be good if the hotel could change their fees accordingly.

Walking distance from Shinsegae (with Spa Land).l & train station. Went to Spa Land twice since we can stay till closing time and just walk back to the hotel. I have an elderly with me, it was max 10mins walking distance. Also, there are elevators (at the train stations - to Shinsegae and to the street level) - didnt have to climb any stairs at all. Reception staff was very friendly and prompt in providing new towels + water up to the room. Room was relatively clean, and washing machine works well. Only improvement to work on is the slight stench from the drainage in the shower stall and toilet stall.

The multi-storey building where the hotel is located is shared by quite a number of hotels. In fact, instead of calling it a hotel, it’s more like a residence for short rent. The escalator is always full and for a number of times, we have no choice but to walk down 15 floors. Security is lacking as anyone can access to your floor without the need to tap the hotel key card. Other than these, the hotel is clean and room is spacious with perfect location right on top of a metro station with indoor connections linking directly to the metro station.

YYOON HSU WAIWe booked this hotel for our one-night trip, and it was absolutely fantastic! The room was spacious, the facilities were excellent, and it offered great value for money. The location was also a big plus, being just a 10-minute walk from the beach, which made getting there very convenient. As foreigners, we initially worried about potential communication issues, but thanks to the friendly staff who spoke excellent English, our stay was incredibly smooth and comfortable.

나나리The facilities are so good and the staff are very friendly. The bedding was well maintained and the styler was impressed. The location is right in front of Haeundae and the convenience store is right in front of it. It is recommended as a very good hotel ^^

RRaymond DeanThe location of this hotel is great - only a city block away from Haeundae subway station. The building is small with only 6 floors but the rooms are private enough. My room was also clean and had amenities like disposable toothbrushes and free instant coffee with hot pot. It also had a compact fridge but no safe. This place is like one step about a love hotel, and also near the Gunam St. Square (the boardwalk area that stretches out to Haeundae Beach. The service was prompt - even for a shower head that broke during my stay, hotel staff came right away and replaced it. I could easily come back here again on my next trip to Busan.

GGuest UserFacing the bus street, it was close to the bus stop and train station, and it was easy to go anywhere. There were restaurants and convenience stores nearby.
Also, it was comfortable to make up my bed every day.
Amenity such as pots, hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrushes ... were also available. There was a bath with a bathtub, and I was able to watch Netflix, Disney, etc.
Check out was affordable, just put the card in the container ....
However, I was told to contact before check-in, so I called, but I was worried that I could not communicate enough in English and Japanese.

GGuest UserLocation is ok.
There is also a convenience store on the first floor, so it's perfect to buy a beer and have a drink. It's not too far from the food alley, so the location is great for eating.
The cleanliness of the room was good. But the cleanliness of the corridor and other locations was not good. But it doesn't seem to be a big disadvantage.
