During my recent stay at Y Collection by UH Flat Osiria in Busan, I was thoroughly impressed by the modern amenities and prime location. The property is situated in the vibrant Songjung-ri neighborhood, offering easy access to attractions like Songjeong Beach and Haedong Yonggung Temple. The proximity to Lotte World Adventure Busan and the nearby mall provided ample entertainment and shopping options.  The accommodations were exceptionally clean and comfortable, featuring modern designs with stunning mountain views. Each room is equipped with air conditioning, a balcony, free Wi-Fi, and essential amenities like a refrigerator and blackout curtains, ensuring a restful stay.  The host was notably accommodating, promptly addressing any inquiries and ensuring a seamless experience. The availability of free parking and daily housekeeping added to the convenience, making it an ideal choice for both short and extended stays.  Overall, Y Collection by UH Flat Osiria offers a blend of comfort, convenience, and accessibility, making it a commendable option for travelers seeking a pleasant stay in Busan.

Although it is far from downtown Busan, there is a bus stop at a 5-minute walk! I was able to go to the restaurant town within walking distance. The room was clean (sorry I made it 4 because only one used cotton swab fell) with water, cup noodles and small snacks! The view from the rooftop pool is also great I will definitely visit again when I come to Busan!

better if there exists a dishwasher and spare quilt good view (oceanic view) have two washrooms, but the water pressure is not high enough have a clothes styler and refrigerator 12min walk to OSIRIA station but only 30min a train next to Lotte outlet & mart and IKEA and walkable to Haedong Yonggungsa Temple high CP value 如果有洗碗機及多張被就更好 有正海景 有兩個浴室，但水壓偏低 有衣物護理機 距離地鐵站12分鐘，但火車班次好疏，30分鐘一班 附近有Lotte outlet & mart，行到去海東龍宮寺 性價比很高

The journey to the apartment is ok. This area is a new area by Lotte group. This area has premium outlet, mall and themepark. There are new developments ongoing like convention centre hub. The apartment is great for families. All well equipped. The luggage storage is actually near the main entrance on the right, just in case you are looling for it. Due to the communication barrier and this aprtment is managed by Le collective (remotely) they do not have personal to sit at office to service you. The people who are working there belongs to the the developer and mostly they do not know and will ask you to ask Le collective by email or calls.

The socket in the room we stayed in was out of power. After reporting it to the front desk, we came to the room to confirm it immediately. After handling it, it was still out of power, so we were immediately helped to change another room. I felt the hotel's warm service and a great stay experience

My mother and I chose this place when planning a trip to Busan. It's really great when compared to other places~^^ In particular, the cost-effectiveness is really good~~^^ One thing that was disappointing was that the pool was too small, contrary to expectations~~ We had dinner at Ollie on the 26th floor. The price was good, and they gave us a 10% discount for guests. My mother enjoyed the food so much that I was even happier~~^^I'll have to come to Lupi's room next time I visit Busan~^^ We'll make happy memories^^♡

This is a cost-effective accommodation during the peak season in May. The room is large and clean. The bed is wide. The parking lot is large and there is a convenience store right next to it. The bathroom is large and the water comes out well. There are two bathtubs and showers. There are also amenities. I am grateful and will rest well.

Overall it's a very nice stay. Staffs are nice & friendly, room is clean and stylish, swimming pool is clean and the adult pool is very CHIC. The gym has a very nice sea view ＜3 Food inside the resort are good. around 20-30% more expensive than outside as expected. remote location , a bit far from major attractions such as cable car, spaland etc. around 15-20 mins uber ride. perfect for lock and seal !

This apartment is located in the Osiria area of ​​Busan, and is within walking distance of Lotte Outlets, Lotte World, Busan Skyline, and Haedong Yonggungsa Temple. The popular coffee shop coralani is also within walking distance. Then walk to Songjeong Beach. It is actually very convenient to go to Haeundae by bus. Bus No. 100 can get you to X the Sky. You can use Baidu Maps for navigation, which is useful in most cases. The most inconvenient thing about this apartment is that it does not provide luggage storage service. You can consider it yourself.

the hotel is minutes walk to SongJeong beach and the lighthouses and Jukdo Park , and has a 24-hour convenience store right next to it. the location is awesome, not too far from the beach, not too close to make it noisy. the staff is nice and polite. the room has everything you need, with a large bathtub. my standard room has no view, though. it’s a good standard beach hotel - nothing fancy, but nothing to complain about, either.
