Busan Jung-gu Hotels

I couldn't believe this was in Korea; I genuinely thought I was in Japan! Facilities: A distinctly Japanese-style hotel, even equipped with a smart bidet toilet. Cleanliness: Impeccably clean, truly excellent. Environment: While the space was a bit compact, there were no strange odors, and the area felt very safe. Service: A complimentary breakfast is offered, although it consists of cold items. From downstairs, you get a direct view of trains arriving at and departing from Busan Station.

A nice hotel in a great location . The ‘hotel’ shares a building with other ‘hotels’ in that all rooms are small studio apartments, with washing machine, hob etc. Because of the low price offer I was told at check in that i couldn’t use these things , which was ok. Also the windows were sealed. Otherwise a safe environment, ( though could be accessed by anyone walking in off the street ip the elevator) . Very quiet too, and i couldn’t hear anything from the street below. I had breakfast on last morning, a special 10k price deal and it was good. Many , many food stalls outside and loads of restaurants near by in the area. Hotel is a couple of minutes walk from Jaigalchi station on line 1 , exit 3. Follow instructions the hotel will send you. I would definitely consider staying here again if the price was comparable with other places near by.

Rating: 10/5 🤩 This hotel is incredible in every way.: If you love classy, functionality, great location, neatness, city and sea views, budget friendly and great service then you just need to book this place. I do not regret extending my stay. The front desk staffs were amazingly helpful especially Amelia. She spoke English too. The views are incredible, you can see photos below. Transportation: Just hop on the Airport subway, take line 2 and exit 3, you’ll find yourself on the highway where you can hop on bus 81 or so, it takes you straight to Nampo dong Station, just stop there and walk adjacent to cross to the east side, walk towards the Jakalchi market sign into the street and you have arrived. Very easy to move around as there are metros and bus to take you to any location as low as W1550 to W2550 per stop! Amazing for couples, solo travelers, friends group, you name it! You don’t need to stay near the beach to visit the beach, several beaches are close by I visited 3 of them easily with the metros and bus. Their breakfast inclusive of continental and Korean dishes. Well I had to pay for that since my room wasn’t inclusive of it. Bright side, I got upgraded for FREE to a sea view room. Amelia was great indeed. I enjoyed every bit of my stay here. The bed was super comfy, everything felt new and well maintained. It shows whoever owns or manages this place is extremely exposed and classy. P.S. you will have to wait till 3pm to check in unless you specifically request, the good side is the numerous street market and Lotte mall just around so you can keep busy window shopping or enjoying your wait, if you took an early flight in. There is a 7eleven just one the basement floor and several options of restaurants oh my God, and a self laundry room. I will definitely stay here anytime I’m in Busan. I love it. Hotel location was good, biff just around the corner, booked the suite room, with sea view, not pricey, with free breakfast, non buffet type. Room was huge but bit run down, not much maintaining job done, still will book this hotel if second visit because of the location.

Overall was a good experience of this hotel. We were given a room with a nice view of the Busan Tower. The room was a good size for a couple. The location is about 200m away from the train station. Along the way, you will pass by many stores and there are many food to buy. As the main entrance is along a small street, would not recommend to stay out too late.

It was very convenient because it was right in front of Busan's famous Jagalchi Market and there were many delicious restaurants below the accommodation. The interior of the accommodation was also very pretty and the owner was very kind, so I will definitely visit again next time.

We had a 3 night stay with our large family of 6 (2 Adults and 4 Kids) at Hotel Ground27, Nampo. We did read other reviews prior to booking about the luggage storage locker fees so we made sure to plan our arrival closer to check in time. We were allowed to check in earlier at 3pm which worked out great for the kids after taking the KTX from Seoul, it's only 2 stations away from Busan station. The location is great, central, loads of food options nearby and is super easy for public transport buses and trains and the room is so large, clean, comfortable and modern. The kids voted this as their favourite hotel stay in Korea out of the 4 hotels we'd been to. The staff and the house keeping staff are so lovely and had great attention to detail. They were so kind to our kids and looked out for them. If you do need to do laundry the cost is 10,000 KRW this includes laundry detergent and fabric softener for the dryer as well. Bonus is the washing machines are really large and can handle up to 11kg load compared to the standard ones we found in most hotels. They ask you to start laundry by 8pm as reception closes at 11pm. Laundry is located on Lvl 7 with reception. The staff were kind enough to leave the laundry room open for me as the dryer took a half hour longer than the staffing time and asked me to close the lights and door when I was done. There are laundry baskets to carry your laundry back to your room. We throughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back and would recommend Hotel Ground27 to others.

We stayed in a family room with a balcony. It was clean, and we had a fantastic sea view right from our window. I was particularly pleased that the room was well-lit and not dim at all. The staff were incredibly helpful and patient; they assisted us with ordering fried chicken delivery, calling taxis, and answering questions about local attractions. This was a huge help in overcoming our language barrier. The only downside was the bathroom. It only had a single rail for towels, and the space for shower gel was tiny. There was nowhere else to put anything – toothbrushes and cups had to sit directly on the sink, which got quite wet. With no shelf or hooks, it was really inconvenient for washing up and removing makeup. However, overall, it was a very good stay. The location was excellent too, just a one-minute walk to Jagalchi subway station. There's also a convenience store nearby, making shopping very easy.

Spacious room. Great service frkm staff. They let us store our luggage early. Requests for calling a taxi and late checkout was easy. Friendly staff who spoke some english. Location wise, we didnt shop or eat around much but they were plenty of restaurants listed. Its on a main street so busing around was easy. View from our 18th floor room attached.

The room was spotless and cleaned daily. The location was incredibly convenient – a bus stop is right outside the door, and a subway station is just a few minutes' walk away. Luggage storage was also very handy. While Haeundae is a bit of a distance, there's a direct bus service that makes the journey quite straightforward. The ocean view from the room was lovely. My only minor complaint would be that the room was a little on the small side. Complimentary bottled water was provided.
