부산에 들릴때마다 주로 사용하는 레지던스형 호텔입니다. 평일 기준 가성비 가심비가 최고이며, 청결도 또한 매우 좋습니다. 가끔가다 아쉬운 점이 발생하긴 하지만 직원대응도 잘해주어 좋다고 느끼고 있습니다

세탁기 주방이 있어서 3일이상 머무를 계획이라면 강추강추합니다~~ 주변에 먹자골목이 있어서 걸어서 갈 수 있었어요

The location is about 2 minutes away from Exit 16 of 연산 Station (there is an elevator). There is a convenience store/restaurant/Olive Young nearby, which is very convenient. The entire check-in process is completely self-service, and there is also a room to store luggage. The room is fully equipped, like a small apartment, and the TV is a Smart TV that can watch Youtube Netflix. This group has hotels in various places. They should be good across the board and cost-effective.

Finding the entrance to the apartment is not so easy: you need to enter from the yard, dive into the parking lot with trash bins and see an unsightly door to the elevators. The cleanliness in the room is 3*: light furniture (chairs) require dry cleaning - all in stains, it was unpleasant to sit. It is not clear how and where to take out the trash, because while you live there - no cleaning is provided: in the parking lot there are a lot of containers where you need to throw trash in special bags - there are none in the room! +: The location is convenient, near the metro The room has a washing machine, TV (we were never able to turn it on), refrigerator, stove and a lot of dishes - which is convenient, because Korean food is very specific. I probably would not have stayed, after all I like to live in cleanliness.
