출장으로 가서 스케쥴 소화 후 잠만 자서 호텔에 많은 것을 이용해 보진 못했습니다.
다만 객실은 혼자쓰기 깨끗하고 이쁘고 좋았습니다. 침구류도 매우 편했구요.
아쉬운 점은 뭐 이건 호텔 측 잘못은 전혀 아닌데, 제 객실 밖에 뭐가 있나 봤는데 바로 지상층 산책길?
같은게 있어서 놀랐습니다. 3층이어서 밖에 보면 경치가 밑으로 보일줄 알았는데 사람들이 지나다니는 길이었더군요..
새벽 늦게 체크인을 해서 망정이지, 일찍 들어와서 씻고 나와서 밖을 봤다면 좀 많이 당황 했을거 같습니다.
건축이나 조경측면에 문제라고 하면 문제라 뭐라 말씀 드리긴 애매 하지만, 뭔가 조치가 취해지면 더 좋을듯 싶고요!
아 그리고 배게쿠션하나에 김치국물 자국이 남아있는 커버가 있었습니다. 뭐 이미 세탁이 된거라 위생적으로 더럽거나 그런건 아니였는데
아직도 자국이 남아있는 커버는 그래도 한국 최고에 호텔중 하나인 조선호텔에서는 좀 과감히 버렸던라면 더 좋지 않았을까란 생각이 들었습니다.
또 마지막으로 여러개에 수건 중 하나에 뭐가 뭍어 있었습니다ㅠㅠ 제가 보기엔 코 같은거 였습니다. 먼지나 곰팡이 같은 건 아니였구요.
아마 평소에는 거의 일어나지 않는 실수라고 생각은 드는데, 그래도 비싼 돈 주고 자는 호텔에서 제가 생각하는 최고는 청결이라고 생각하기 때문에
조금 아쉬웠습니다. 그 밖에 카운터에서 일하시는 분들은 참 친절했고, 좋으셨습니다^^ 워낙 이름이 있는 곳이라 평소에도 무엇보다 청결에 신경을 많이 쓸 것으로 예상 됩니다!
앞으로도 더 신경 좀 많이 써주세요. 감사합니다.

Although the room is not as spacious as expected, it is clean and tidy.
