Worst hotel in my life
I made a reservation a few days ago
The reservation number appeared and payment was confirmed
But they said the reservation was not made and insisted on canceling and repaying
I tried to connect to the customer service center but it didn't work
I didn't check properly and when I checked through the customer service center
They didn't apologize but rather acted like a fool
They made excuses like the reservation was late and yelled at me
It was really absurd
