I would like to suggest to a male staff member at the counter that when a customer asks if they can have an extra set of quilts, he can politely explain that they need to pay for it, instead of questioning the customer rudely: "WHY?! There are only three of you, why do you need an extra set?" Do two people sleeping in a double bed need to report to you if they want to cover themselves with a quilt? The first time we checked in, we were in a very bad mood.
Other parts are OK, the hotel is in a great location and the housekeeping is great.

Arriving about five hours early, we were able to check in early, which was appreciated. The location is very convenient, close to the station, and convenient for shopping and eating. But the surrounding sanitary environment is not very good. You can imagine what it feels like to live in a night market. I smelled a little bit of cigarette smoke as soon as I entered the room, but it seemed to have dissipated later (or was it olfactory fatigue?).
