Hotels staff spoke English and was very helpful making it a quick and easy check in and out process. The hotel room was very spacious and offers a great view of the Haeundae Beach. The Hotel is conveniently located by a lot of small shops, restaurants, and aquarium.

Everything is alright, good location, good view, but it would be great if the toilet and the shower area are separated and water flow of the bathtub is too slow to fill up which kinda mood killing situation

Since it's right in front of the Haeundae entrance, if you're assigned an ocean view room, the view is great. Blackout curtains prevent you from waking up early to the rising sun.
The only downside is that there's only one stall per table, so one person had to sit on the bed to eat. Everything else was great.
Towels are provided, as well as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Oh, there was no comb.
