I stayed alone.
Location: Conveniently located 1 minute walk from Seomyeon Station Exit 12, with an e-mart on the first floor for convenience.
Room: Recommended for long-term stays as it is equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, tableware and cooking utensils. There is also a clothesline and clothes steamer, so you can do everything in the room.
Other: The toilet and shower are in the same space with no partition, so you need to be careful not to splash water, but I didn't find it particularly bothersome. There are no drainage problems either.
As cleaning is not done as a rule, I thought it would be nice to have a quickle wiper.
It was a fun stay as it felt like living alone. If I am still in Busan, I would like to stay here again.

The property is conveniently located near Seomyeon station, close to restaurants and 2 convenience stores - 7eleven and EasyMart.
The property is more like an apartment - with a mini kitchen (with all the utensils and items you might need), washing machine, big fridge and freezer. Photos are accurate from the property details page/ad.
The property does email you the code on the day of check in and its super easy. Instructions are provided in the room as well for the rest of the stay and check out is super easy.
Definitely recommend this place.

Very good location, very clean and comfortable. It is also very convenient to be able to store luggage whether leaving early or late. Because Korea has a dry climate, washed clothes actually dry quickly indoors (there are also clothes drying racks in the cupboards). It is highly recommended as the best choice for traveling alone or with friends.

The room is small, but it has everything it needs. The refrigerator is very large and very practical. The TV can watch YouTube and Netflix. The toilet is a bidet. The kitchen has pots and pans, which are very convenient for cooking instant noodles. The only thing I don't like is the bed, which is too soft and has no support at all.
