The hotel is located next to the Haeundae Beach Road. There are two convenience stores downstairs, a Starbucks on the corner, and it is also very close to Haeundae Market.
We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights in April. The air conditioning in the hotel room did not work properly and it was very hot at night. Fortunately, the hotel provided an electric fan on the last night.
The hotel does not provide amenities, no conditioner, and the pillows are super soft.

Koron Haeundae Hotel enjoys a prime location, close to Haeundae Beach and surrounded by a wealth of food options. The location is good, the view is good, and it's comfortable, but it feels like an officetel and the breakfast is not that great. Just use the restaurants nearby. Also, the shopping area on the first floor is a bit messy and complicated. Overall, I'm satisfied.
